got a box came up said no issues detected

Hi i recently moved house and am still with sky they sent me a new router and for some reason i cant login to the site dumaos/ cant login through the bookmarked site i have or any of the other ways of getting there is this an issue with the new sky router or something else? any help would be greatly appreciated
