Oh awesome thanks I feel stupid now for mot realising and trying this

Hi. I had an R1 and previously registered for here. I've just got a XR1000 and I've tried signing in on the DumaOS app but it just says unknown error occurred I have tried resetting password but no email has been received still Any advice on how to get logged into the mobile apps? I searched keyword app here and couldn't find anything (0 results) Thanks in advance
