  1. im a very noob at this, i dont have a clue. basically i was using the xr 1000 on its own ppoe connection. but as people are aware there is an issue with the congestion control/throttle . it seems netduma are looking into that. so for time being i was told to use the bt hub in conjunction with rx1000. i have no clue how to do this and without a double nat. iso far i have tried, wall- bt modem - bt hub, then from bt hub to XR. now when i go on bt hub router interface everything is working fine, but on the xr interface there is no internet, but i can access both interfaces. do i have the physical connection in the right order first of all ?
  2. No the xr is connected to the modem, not the home hub.
  3. Are they working on a fix for this ? Also strange thing when I use the geo filter, it tries to connect me to Australia, but then when I disabled geo filter, it connects me to my closest normal server . This duma acts up. But disappointed I paid 300 for this .
  4. And wouldn't that give me a double NAT. I would rather just use the 1 router. Might send it back if you guys are not working on a fix
  5. I'm not sure how that works. How do I connect the BT router with xr ?
  6. Also I'm using the xr1000 netgear with pppoe connection. Everything els works perfectly fine. It just won't throttle the speeds using the sliders
  7. Multiple different speed test. All show the same result. I'm with b.t 900 and I get close to them speeds.
  8. Is it because I have pppoe connection. I seen another topic saying that's the issue
  9. Hi so I have a problem with the congestion control, in trying to lower the download and upload bandwidths for better bufferbloat. Iv enabled it to always and have lowered the sliders. But when I do a broadband speed test it's getting the full speed still.
