Are you selecting Only VPN these services or Do NOT VPN these services when adding those ports?
It can be a little tricky on PC, I don't think that's related to the R2 though

If you want to force specific servers then you will need to set Ping Assist to 0 and then it will work, otherwise you always have the chance that you'll get a game not in your radius
