  1. yes, all devices are connected to the r2. Usually with QoS off, I can get 770 max, but with Qos on it's usually around 500.
  2. I put it in DMZ and it did not help. My upload speed is really low.
  3. Thanks for the welcome! : ) I get 750-910mbps on speed test, for some reason it keeps changing. Yes I did disable QoS from the congestion control menu. Yes, all devices are connected to the R2. My model is Arcadyan NH20A. My modem does not have a manual, or other information online.
  4. Hello everyone. I just recently bought the R2 Router and I am not receiving full speeds on it. My ISP gives me 1gbps, and I receive this when I am connected to my modem. However, when I connect to the R2 I do not receive full speeds. I have tried multiple speed test sites, and even the connection benchmark module on the R2. I have attempted to factory reset the router, redo the installation, try different ethernet wires, and nothing is fixing my problem. I have also attempted to disable QoS through the congestion control tab, and it still did not work. I read that the DumaOS comes with built in SQM, and I was wondering if there is a way to disable this, because maybe this is throttling my connection. Right now I am receiving anywhere between 300mbps-800mbps, to be perfectly honest, I do not care about the speeds but I am more concerned about my bufferbloat. This may seem very odd, but I want to increase my bufferbloat to make it similar to what I had when I was using my modem.
