Could you try hitting F12 in Chrome, then in the console that appears go to the Network Tab and click 'Disable cache'. Then refresh the page, can you at least click the text 'Agree' to progress through the setup?

Are you able to try with another browser? (Not Safari)

Wipe the browser cache/cookies, then make sure Chrome isn't forcing a connection to use HTTPS then try accessing again and see if it works

    Welcome to the forum!
The credentials to login will be whatever you set them to when you first purchased the router and set it up, so if that's not admin/password you wouldn't of been able to get in.
So the current situation is that you're connected via Wi-Fi, but don't have connectivity?
Now you're on the Wi-Fi, you should be able to access the DumaOS interface by going to 192.168.77.1 in your browser, if you've reset it like you mention you'll need to complete the setup wizard again to get internet access.
Based on the bug you mention with the Wi-Fi password, I suspect you're on a very old firmware. If you can get through to the interface after following the above step, I'd suggest upgrading the R2 from the 3-dot menu in the top right to the below firmware:
