I have BRSK Internet the r3 is connected straight to the modem, I haven't changed any settings on the modem, I ran the r2 perfectly before getting the r3 on the same Internet with no drops in connection so I've left everything as is.

This is roughly the time it happened hope that helps, if not I'll log it next time during the connection drop

How do I provide the logs? I'm not sure how to access the logs information

Hi, I've had the R3 now for a few weeks and ever since I've had it the connections drops randomly for some reason, can never get through a full game of zombies without the connection dropping and getting me killed it'll drop for about 10-20 seconds and then come back but obviously by that time I'm dead in most games. Is this a common issue or has anyone had any issues with this before and did you manage to find a fix because it's very frustrating after having just purchased this router.

I have the same issue, did you manage to fix this? I have my r3 plugged straight into my modem so should just work right out the box but no Internet to pc which is strange. You might have to put your hub2 into modem mode I used to do that with a virgin media router and the old r2 box.

Hi Fraser i also have this same issue tried to update Firmware to latest version 3.3.280, same as the screenshot the last guy put up, won't update and stuck in boot loop, now I can't access the router login page atall no matter what I try. I've done hard reset and all of the suggestions above please help there seems to be nothing I can do to fix it, also the WiFi will not show up no matter how many times i reset the router, the update seems to have caused major issues and now my connection drops every time I try to play a game. Pretty sure it's exactly the same issue the guy who made this post had
