I would greatly appreciate some help. I’ve been all over this forum today. I’ve tried everything. I cannot do the long process that mentions having to plug it in with Ethernet because my computer doesn’t have the Ethernet port so I’m not able to re upload the firmware. I’ve done the 5 times reboot thing, I’ve rebooted it and waited two minutes. I’ve factory reset it by holding the back.
