I would reach out to whoever is processing the amazon sales for you, as this reflects bad on you guys mainly, unfortunately. The reviews on the amazon seller account show that this isn't an isolated incident and has been happening for months. If I place an order directly from netduma, will the product be guaranteed fully sealed and brand new? the shipping is almost $30 and I would like to avoid losing that if its the same way.

the seals cut opened on one side, scuffs on the device and dust on the feet. same on both.

yeah, mainly attempting to help my friends actually enjoy playing still. the sbmm has been crazy the last few months, even for my friends who are casual style players. initially everything worked fine for 3 weeks. more than likely is from just being reported 😕 thanks for the help

As an update to this, I was un shadow banned after 6 days. Then shadow banned again 3 days later. This time for only 1 day. So this didn't trigger it but it seems like it happened possibly when switching regions after a few hours? is there a recommended amount of time to wait before switching or loading back into a game? I always fully close out of the game, but usually don't wait to load back in after I switch it. its probably just user reports but I'm hoping to learn what's actually causing it.

i was shadow banned for 6 days, no cheating ever, only the router. 2 days ago i was un shadow banned and now i am again never had this issue before the router EDIT: wasnt the router

I got shadow banned doing this yesterday. worked fine for 3 weeks or so, now i cant play until they decide if its actually bannable or not. ive never hacked or had anything installed that could trigger an anticheat, so this or mass reporting from players would be the only thing.
