2.The router SSID would reset so I would be unable to access it so I assumed it was a factory reset
3.Model number is 2151014848-O5L5 it’s a default modem provided by spectrum.
About the fix you provided I have enacted it and will tell you if it fixes it!

My router has been consistently lagging and disconnecting. Then today my router has fully wiped itself to factory settings and wouldn’t let me log in without factory resetting. My speeds are slower then what they used to be. I am getting kicked from online games due to the router deciding to not connect to anything for a 1-2 minutes at random intervals. Anyone got a fix?
