Disabling the WiFi is a great step so all devices can be controlled by the R2, if you're not having issues then you don't need to do the above but if it happens again please do so. I would recommend you copy the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page and put that in the DMZ on the Sky Hub and that will ensure you get an Open NAT. That's great to hear!

Nice one mate, like I said before I know I am definitely connected to the London data centre/server with 14ms ping. Without R2 I was constantly connected to the France with 20+ms.

The servers shown in Ping Heatmap are all the servers that the game client looks for when it boots, so it's possible the information online isn't up-to-date.
That being said, the servers listed in Ping Heatmap look like they need updating so I'll speak to the team and they'll get that done.

That's pretty much it, it's best to factory reset the R2 for the new connection. It's worth experimenting when you receive it, but we'd usually suggest disabling the Wi-Fi on the Sky hub and putting the R2s WAN IP in the Sky DMZ. You may find modem mode functions just find, but in case you have issues please switch over the the DMZ approach instead.

The icon within your radius will be the host, it's just misclassified as a peer instead of a server

Thank you for the quick response.
disabling the private address didn’t work, but I then went and disabled ad-blocker on my iPhone (via R2) and hey presto it seems to be fine now.
I will try the FIFA fix tonight.
