i think whats more funny is, ive had this router since it released and never received any email to take survers but i just got an email to take a survey on March 5th and ANOTHER one a day later on the 6th lol.. its like a kick in the face aha. maybe someone will give more info on this some day. .

i just dont understand why the beta has been released to some and then pulled back a few times now. without any actual information as to why or where there are in progression?.. if people are receiving betas, why not give more people access so this process can go on further and people have even more info. would speed up the process/keep people up to date, more people reporting bugs etc. i think a lot of people would contribute to make this process faster. but idk how that can happen when the beta is being pushed out to only a few and then pulled back with the only info given is "the firmware has been removed temporarily". like what does that even mean? why, whats going on? it does seem like theres hesitance to say too much and in return the responses are pretty vague, but for what reason i dont know or understand.

bought this router for 350$+ when it first released because at the time it was plastid everywhere saying its really good and websites recommending it. im just wondering how it does not have the dumaos 3.3 beta yet? its the highest tier in the XR series, it costed the most and is the newest out of all of them so how come the xr500 and xr700 seem to be getting more support if they are older and costed less/have older or less features? i just want a way to put myself in the shoes of the people behind this so i can understand because from this side it makes absolutely no sense to me. it would be refreshing to have something beyond "we dont have that information". if any admins or people with insight see this, it would be nice to know, in more detail, your opinion on why this is the case and how. why is the priority for older XR devices? why even sell the XR1000 and market is as much as it was for the lack of support in the end? if the xr500, xr700 and xr1000 all had the same dumaos out of the box, how come the same way they did that cant be implemented in bringing the dumaos 3.3 to the xr1000?
