Thank you I deleted them all but still can't find set static/reserved IP addresses in LAN settings unless you mean I have to do that for every individual device?

It's won't let me delete, I don't know if it's neighbors seeing my wifi or something? Very annoying and it wasn't like this last time I checked 6 months ago.

I was going to write about how it is EA netcode and server etc. but I just experienced same thing. I have XBX with same router as OP. I have 1 gig dl/ul. In game my ping shows 11 and static, but DumasOS shows it constantly changing between 16 to 29 to 40 to 50 within seconds. The VA server is the closest one to me about 300 miles away.

The reason I am buying the router is due to EA’s NHL22 on Xbox .The issue I have is that there are two servers in the NE that I can possibly connect to. There is a server in Montreal that is 400 miles away and there is a server in Virginia outside Washington DC that is 300 miles away. The game always connects me to the Montreal one that is further away and I experience a noticeable delay especially when I play people who are in Ontario or Quebec province. I would like to connect to the Virginia server only. Is this something I can do with geofiltering? Also, when not playing that specific game on my Xbox can I turn off geofiltering easily? Thanks in advance.
