Yes, on my iPhone. i am using the Telstra Gateway. Is there a password recovery? As I said, I can access it on my PC, but not on the mobile.

Honestly can’t tell you but It must be a very recent update as I can’t log in on my mobile phone but I can on my PC?

Good morning, Since the update I’m having trouble logging in and I can’t remember my password.

Well, the words incompetent and lazy come to mind. The initial post was on March 10 and now its September 28, 7 f**king months later and you STILL havent got a bloody answer for me! PATHETIC! But to give you a better idea now, since you and your team have no idea at all I guess, the outage only happens when my partners sons are over and have their PC's connected to the wifi. Once they leave and the PC's arent connected, no problem with the program (as far as I can see).

So, being that its been a month (not a week), and that you havent gotten back to me, you havent been able to diagnose the problem. So I am to continue paying for an application that doesnt work correctly or are you going to refund all the money spent on a broken application?

Hi Jack B, See responses below: The model number - DJA0231 Do you use the traffic controller application, if so do you have any rules set? - YES. I do use the application and have rules set to minimise use by children inside the house. Which firmware version and DumaOS version are you running? If you can make it to the DumaOS front end, its listed in the system information section - Firmware 20.3.c.0432 and DumaOS version 3.2.126 06072022.docx

I have got some Network Priority rules but they have not interfered with the app previously, so why would they now?
