Practically a week now, not one issue. Duma internal speed test was up to standard and so was every client device getting their respective speeds with the only slight unnoticable cutouts being DHCP lease which is totally fine. I'm happy to say a few months later, it's actually 100% resolved.

Reboot made the VM assign a local IP, it was obvious i should've restarted.
Did a speed test and got 580mbps down and 39mbps up on ethernet from pc to VM hub
through DMZ, Connected ethernet from pc to R2 i get 30mbps less down at 550mbps down and 4mbps less on the up at 4mbps up.
Everything should be dandy & good to go. I will update on this forum in this thread when and if issues start occurring or simply update this reply with how it is going.
Thank you Fraser and i hope this brings an end to the everlasting issue.

I have experienced various issues (i.e., DHCP) over the past few years with R1, R2 & XR700 that act similarly to your issues.  One of the workarounds was to setup the router on a timer to automatically remove power for a small amount of time (i.e. 5 minutes) each day (or every other day).  I have since upgraded from a timer to a UPS with a scheduler.  This way I can also do the same thing for my modem, router and access points.
With daily (or bi-daily) reboots, I seem to have less overall issues.
