Here is my ISP Modem, It is currently in Bridge Mode. My UL = 150 and my DL = 500 https://support.shaw.ca/t5/internet-articles/equipment-info-fibre-gateway-xb6/ta-p/5632 Yes all devices are connected to the R3 wireless except for my PC and PS5. These are hardwire with Cat6 cables. I am using Steady Ping on the geofilter and Congestion Control is set.

Yes this is still happening on .41
-
This has been happening since I was sent .40 on Jan 15. As mentioned I can use my ASUS router and no latency or shuddering issues.
-
Hi, Yes I have the ports forwarded and they show an open NAT.

Not sure what's happening with my R3... I have updated to .40 and now trying to play COD is next to impossible.. I am getting huge studdering/lag issues. I have updated to .41, have done a hard reset and still the same issue. I try playing with my ASUS router and everything is good and smooth... I am at a loss of what can be happening.

How will I know when the Firmware is available?
-
No problem, I can just wait until next week.

Good day, I set up an Apple home and it gave me the message warning in the attached picture. I am wondering if there is a setting that I need to change.

I have the same problem with my R2 and it has carried over to my R3.

Am I able to get this as well?
-
Hello, not sure but I think I might have a hardware failure of some kind. My router is less than a year old and when I plug into the #2 port I loose any network connection. if I use any other port it seems a little better and I do get connection but #2 port is definitely dead.

So it’s not overly fast, here is what I am getting sitting right next to it. using wifi on my ISP I get full speeds. Also, I have a problem where I cannot connect to call of duty. I am always getting error codes when I try Ethernet it wifi. when I use Ethernet or wifi with my ISP modem I have no issues at all. Not sure what’s happening this router is only a few months old and it’s been very frustrating.

So when I choose auto detect, the window that pops up doesn't show any values it looks like it's just glitching out. Desktop 2023.03.14 - 18.10.53.03.mov If I manually set them and hit next like @Netduma Fraser recommended, then do a speed test it is showing full speeds when connected with ethernet.. still not good at all through wifi... I guess my question now is, how come it does not proper auto-detect and how come the benchmark is showing bad numbers? Untitled design.mp4 Here is what the benchmark test looks like as well.. They do not match what speedtest.net is showing for values. Thanks,

@JJJ I have done this. Here is what happens. I never works correctly checking the speeds through that method. Desktop 2023.03.14 - 06.51.46.03.mp4

Hi, I have an R2 and I am having horrible download and upload speeds. I have 500 download and 100 upload when I plug a computer right into my ISP modem. But when I have my R2 plugged into my ISP modem and my PC into the R2 I can barely get 150 download and 30upload. If I try with WIFI it’s even worse. I have the latest firmware, I’ve tried rebooting and factory resetting but I cannot get the speeds either through the benchmark within the modem or when it does a speed test during initial setup. thanks in advance.

Ping Heatmap & Geo-Filter Will Not Load
Dip3hittyo replied to Dip3hittyo's topic in Netduma R2 Support
So yes, it was after changing some settings. The only way I could get it to work was to factory reset. One thing I noticed is that it is sometimes slow to load certain apps. Not sure if that is normal or not. Other than that it is running good now. -
Ping Heatmap & Geo-Filter Will Not Load
Dip3hittyo replied to Dip3hittyo's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I have the R2, Firmware is R2 3.2.453 and it doesn't matter if I restart it from a web browser or by unplugging it. -
Good day - I get this error constantly when trying to load the geo-filter. Looking for a little help on how to fix this? I have only had this router for a few days. TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'ip.split')
