Any recommended setting for BO6 on a old router like the XR450?

Nvm just tested a different cable and got 900+ download and upload, surprisingly it turns out the amazonbasics ethernet cable is just went bad.

My desktop is currently only able to score around 100mb/s on a speedtest by Ookla, however if I launch a network test using my desktop to access the 192.168.1.1 router firmware on my XR450 I easily score 300mb/s+ download and upload. In the past I used to do the speedtest by Ookla and easily get 500+ without any issues on my desktop, I am not sure why it is like this now. My Galaxy s24 which is using wifi is also able to get well above 300+mbps download and upload. Router: Netgear Nighthawk XR450 Firmware: 3.3.535 ( Router did same thing on the old firmware ( 3.2.134) even before I updated to 3.3.535
