Finally got order to go through on my pc, would not go through on my phone

It’s says “something went wrong” no active order

Yes it shows an error when trying to purchase

I’m not able to access the os interface. I was also looking at purchasing at R3 but it doesn’t allow me to complete purchase.

All lights for connected equipment will be on for approximately 10 seconds and then then they all go out/dim and the connection drops. I’ve tried restarting both of my routers and nothing seems to work. The only way I am able to get online is by hooking up to the first router which bypasses the R2. Is their anything I can do?
