I recently upgraded my internet so I have faster upload speeds as I previously only got about 350mb dl and 10mb upload, so I upgraded to something like 900mb dl 100mb upload. Having upgraded, through the XR500 I am still not getting any faster speeds, connecting directly to my router gives me the correct speeds.
When I run the speed test through the Nighthawk app I am getting 850mpbs dl and 83.55mbps upload, this is already slower on the router, as can be seen in the photo below.
However, when I run a speed test on my PC, I am getting much slower speeds as can be seen below, especially the upload.
I have installed new firmware, and reset using the reset button on the back of the router. I have then disabled QOS as can be seen below.
When I plug the PC directly into the other router, I get the following results, highlighting that the XR500 is causing the issues.
Please can someone advise?
