I just recently purchased XR1000 router based off recommendations of a friend. Previously, I've purchased 2 R2's and 1 R3. I returned one R2 and R3 and either their rapp's were not working or I was not getting full gig duplex speeds. When I got the router, I powered on did initial setup manually. Updated firm ware to 1.0.0.74_1.0.63. After firmware updated I did a factory reset. Configured my router to my network standards. Quick network summary, Modem>XR1000 router>Cisco 3750X poe 48 port switch> Cisco WC 2500 I disabled all wireless settings, as I have a Cisco WC with 4 AP's. So far this router is hitting my gig speeds. But I have spectrum internet and it isn't the most consistent. l can get into all option except for Geofilter and Ping heatmap. I get the below attached screen shots. Created cfg backup of router, did another factory reset. Manually did my router settings. after 2nd factory reset, same issue. I did put the raps retry startup at 5, like I saw in some posts. Looking for next steps.

Can I be added to the R2 DumaOS 4.0 beta

Is this for DUMAOS 3? If so may I be added to early access as well?

I wasn't looking for support or asking for it. I was informing people of how problematic this router is. That way they can make an informed decision before purchasing. As of today, the R3 forums have 22 pages of user complaints that this device isn't working properly or as intended. This device has only been out for a little over a month. The R2 forums have 139 pages of complaints. Both forums have identical issues and should cause concern to would be buyers. Myself, my brother and 5 friends bought the R2's and R3. We have all returned them. The biggest issue of the Netduma R2/R3 series is how the OS stalls out or becomes un-responsive. "The OS of this router constantly stalls out. DumaOS not loaded yet'" or "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute" or "RPC error "ERROR_UNKNOWN...." or "Operation is taking longer than expected "or the never-ending progress spin." I have never had that OS issue with the following routers brands. Asus, Netgear without Duma OS, Linksys, Cisco, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Dell Sonic wall, and D-Link. Most people buy Netduma routers for COD. Sadly, I get a better experience with my current Asus AX6000 router than I did with the R2 or R3. I'm one of three network administrators for the company I work for, and before you say it. Networking is networking and the servers Activision/Microsoft use is based off a business network environment. I talked my manager and the owner of the company into letting me test my COD gaming experience during a patch weekend. I had a better experience playing COD at work with a gigabyte ISP with a Dell TZ670 SonicWALL and that's a firewall (Network Topology goes, ISP Modem> Firewall> Cisco 3750-X Switch)! Either this OS /router is a gimmick or you have serious manufacturing and quality control issues and that's concerning! -
I had 2 R2's do this to me. My first router, worked well until a firmware update, and after that update it went to hell. First R2 fell of warranty. The 2nd router had the same issues out of the box, played around with it for a bit, but it continued having issues so I returned that one. Got my R3, same issues. Returned after a week. First, Not getting full gig speeds, with QOS disabled or enabled. I'm getting only 200-300Mbps up and down instead of 999+. Same issue as the R2. Replaced with original Asus Router and back to full gig speeds. 2nd. The OS of this router constantly stalls out. DumaOS not loaded yet'" or "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute" or "RPC error "ERROR_UNKNOWN...." or "Operation is taking longer than expected "or the never ending progress spin.

When connected to my modem, my download speeds are 999 mbps down and 40-50 mbps upload. According to my ISP web page and speedtest.net. First the device needs to be power cycled about twice a day. Since the last firmware update. I turn both Modem and router off for 5 min. After 5 min I turn them back on, modem first followed by the router. Specifically with Netduma, I wait 10 minutes before trying to log into their buggy DumaOS. When connected to the Netduma R2, and that means being able to login without the usually daily issues "DumaOS not loaded yet'" or "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute" or "RPC error "ERROR_UNKNOWN...." or the never ending progress spin. Those download speeds are 420 mbps and 30 mbps upload. Based off ISP and speedtest.net and dumaos connection benchmark. QOS is disabled. Even with QOS on and at full ISP Speeds set. Replacement Asus router is getting full ISP speeds out of the box and no configuration needed. Factory reset the Netduma R2, and re-flashed the devices firmware to current as of today R2 3.2.453. Issues still persist. Please advise.
