Apex legends will not work with Geo Filter

Has there been a fix for this? I'm getting the code: Leaf error after a game or if I head into the Apex firing range. I just bought the XR500 and Apex doesn't have a profile in the Geo-Filter. I didn't have this issue with the C7800.
