Gave it a go, rebooted, but 10 minutes later and there was still no internet on any devices other than the PC which has an ethernet connection. Just to confirm I'm not doing it wrong, disabling DHCP is just unchecking, "Use router as DHCP server" right? Attached a screen of the DHCP range as well

Just realised I may have grabbed the wrong log, copied the Monitoring log rather than the System Info one. I'll still paste it, see if it leads to anything, if it happens again I'll update with the right log this time. Thanks Fraser, did as you said but unfortunately the connection dropped again yesterday and required another reboot to start working properly. I forgot to mention just in case, when this happens, all lights on the router are showing white to indicate an active connection and internet, the only way we know it’s not working is when it stops working, but a reboot always gets things back up and running

Hello, I’ve had my XR500 roughly 4 years now, the past few months I’ve noticed the internet will just cut out at random times, usually every other day. I’m with Sky, full fibre, I know it’s not a case of Sky going down as I’ve checked their Broadband status and it’s all fine and a restart of the router (either by the power or rebooting through the app) has everything working again. Obviously not ideal halfway through games. Any suggestions? Thank you
