  1. @Netduma Fraser, i have not gotten any logs as of yet, but when i go back to the config again, when it happens i will get the logs. The DHCP time on the BGW320 was set to 10 minutes and that's about when stuff disconnected, so that is why i thought it may have been DHCP, and going static would solve that. It's only like $5 a month for a static address, so that's why i was like easy enough to do and try. Once i get it back up this weekend, if it happens again, i will reply to this thread with the logs Thanks, Dave
  2. I currently have an XR500, and i have tried putting my BGW320 in bridged mode, and while it works, it drops internet at least one time a day (when renewing the external IP), and i have to reboot the router. This current router is about 4-5 years old, but with the newest release of firmware, it has been really amazing when working. i am going to call AT&T today to see if i can get a static IP address to address the DHCP renewal issue with the XR500. My question is, is the R3 a more stable platform to be able to do this with? Are you anticipating any other router platforms to come with DUMAos, with a multi-Gig interface? We have 9 people living here plus my wife and i both work from home, so we have AT&T 2.5gb internet, and would hate to loose that feature also. since i have a TP-Link Omada access points in the house, WiFi is not a concern, as i will turn the radio's off. Thank you for your consideration on this question! Dave
  3. Hey Fraser, Just so you know, i followed the steps but when upgrading from INTERMEDIARY_FIRMWARE to XR500-V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc14, it said that it was an incompatible version for the hardware you are running, then i tried XR500-V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc10, and that worked and all of the R-Apps are WORKING!!! WOOOT!!!. Is that version okay to stay on (XR500-V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc10,)? Thanks again!
  4. Thanks for the reply! So i am just making sure i understand this. 1) (i am on currently V2.3.2.134), Downgrade to "INTERMEDIARY_FIRMWARE" 2) once on "INTERMEDIARY_FIRMWARE" then upgrade to XR500-V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc14 3) if i get incorrect firmware on "INTERMEDIARY_FIRMWARE" then use XR500-V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc10, and then from RC10 upgrade to RC14? Thank you!
  5. Please forgive me if this has been discussed, i have searched through the forums, and could not find this topic, but i have moved into a new home with an AT&T BGW320 Fiber modem, in passthrough Mode, and the XR500 IS getting the WAN IP and internet is working, how ever, when i go into any R-App, it says "The R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. I have set the timeout time to 5, i have downgraded, and upgraded several times to the version (or 2) below and then back up to V2.3.2.134. I still cannot get any R-App to load. Please help Edit Below: I just looked also, and where Flash Usage, i hover over "DumaOS" and it says 29.9 but int he system information section is states DumaOS Version 3.0.202
