  1. Thanks, I will initiate a return to the seller. Will have to look into the R3, do you guys expect all units pre-ordered within November to ship by the end of the year?
  2. I've also tried plugging the R2 into my ISP modem/router and I'm only seeing my 2 PCs connected via Ethernet so it's not even able to pick up a private IP address from my modem/router. Seems to be in a "bricked" state, is there some kind of recovery mode I can use to attempt to restore?
  3. I'm hoping the router isn't bricked. I was hoping to test the functionality of the DumaOS before I invested into the R3 that was just announced. I did put my ISP router/modem into Bridge mode and plugged all of my devices into the Netduma R2 and was able to get internet access but all of the hosts shared the Public IP instead of getting a private IP from the Netduma R2 DHCP server, so there is definitely some functionality happening.
  4. I also tried 30/30/30 method and setting a static IP within the same subnet and I'm still unable to connect.
  5. I purchased a second-hand Netduma R2 and I'm unable to connect to the DumaOS. I tried resetting the device but I never get a Private IP address to be able to connect to the router. I tried holding the reset button with the power unplugged and putting it back in while holding the reset button for 30 seconds. I've tried just holding the reset button for 30 seconds while the router was already on but still having no luck. I tried holding the reset button until the lights came on and that seemed to trigger a boot loop where my ethernet was constantly connecting/disconnecting every few seconds. What is the proper way to factory reset this thing?
