  1. No it does it with iPads, iPhones and from around the house and only started when swapped router from XR500 to XR1000, no particular time of day just whenever, could be great for hours then switch a device on and no connection but a quick reset of router fixes issue temporarily
  2. Hi guys I am sure this has been asked before but going to ask again as I’m at my tether, does anyone else’s XR1000 drop the 2.4ghz out constantly and hav3 to reboot router. This doesn’t happen on 5ghz only the 2.4ghz and I have latest firmware for my router help guys any advise will do TIA

  4. Hi guys how do i determin what XR1000 i have so i can update firmware, my firmware is 1.0.0.64 but site says latest is 1.0.0.72 but i see two versions of the XR1000 TIA
  5. Hi guys i am constalty getting this last week and cant get into any settings on dashboard, is there a fix apart from factory reset which i dont really want to do. I have the latest Firmware XR500 V2.3.2.134 My router is XR500 Help Please
  6. Done all that mate, i get internet with wired but no wifi and the light stays orangew also i cant get into netgear login page at all

Hi guys need advise i have a virgin Hub 4 and Nighthawk XR500, last week i had to take out of modem mode as virgin updating the router, they didnt so i put it back into modem mode but now for some reason i have Internet but my internet light on the nighthawk isd Amber and i dont have wifi, i have tried everything. if i take it out of modem mode all ok but i cannot access the Nighthawk router to change anything. Any help. cables have not been change or the virgin Hub and as far as i am aware the virgin guys didnt even touch my PCV or router
