I ran into the same with .23. I'm Looking forward to the new update by the way. I turned off everything and just used the geofilter with MW3. I was getting 30-40ms to the nearest server which was reporting 23ms. In the last two weeks, packet burst and latency was worse. So I removed the R3 and used my old router. Now I am getting 17ms connections. I am not worried because I am fine waiting for the new update. I think I will roll back to .21 and wait things out. Just wanted to let you know I am seeing the same challenges as Kevomeister011.
