Can you access the Netduma Interface by typing 192.168.88.1 (or http://R1) into the URL bar? You can do this without having Internet access.

If you cannot access the Interface, please open Command Prompt. Type "ipconfig" and press enter. When the results appear, please tell us what your "Gateway IP" is.

If you can access the Interface please let us know.

So if you follow the provided quick start guide, can you get Internet access and get onto the Netduma interface? That's great to hear the lights are on.

If you're within your 14 days please send a message to [email protected]etduma.com stating you would like a refund and include a link to this forum thread. You can read our terms here: https://netduma.com/terms/

Don't ever switch out the power adapter, since different adapters have different voltages and can burn out the Netduma. When you plug it in using the original power adapter we provided, do any lights come on?

    take a look here: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/20726-the-best-settings-imo-for-the-10306-firmware/

Also, put those values on cloud settings with options unticked: 35,31,28.

Hi, welcome to the forum! The suggestion above is great - you need to put those numbers in the cloud section in Settings > Misc. All they do is use a different cloud version, which controls which servers are automatically blocked / allowed on the Geo-filter and other Geo-filter stuff. Also make sure you have strict mode disabled on the Geo-filter let us know how you get on!

Is that in-game NAT or your Xbox NAT? Try this guide for your NAT: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022359-how-do-i-open-my-nat-

Do you see any blocked / padlock servers on the Geo-filter map when you get this error message? If so, please click on that server and post its ID here.
