I didn't disable smartboost, it’s been a week since the black loading screen occurred and I didn’t face this issue again. I don’t know what causes it. -

I never get this ping preview. It always says “couldn’t ping server”. Is it like this for everyone or it’s just me?
-
Ok! Thanks, it would be awesome!!!!
-
Is it possible to deny a server directly from ping heatmap? It would be very useful instead to wait until you get that server.
-
Do you recommend using geo latency or wait for the fix? Because I noticed geo latency not always works
-
From where do I enable geo latency?? I only see geo filter on my UI
-
So for the geo latency you don’t need to choose a device and set the circle?
-
Thanks for your feedback! I hope geo latency will soon get fixed
-
When you disable geo latency will it continue to filter inside the circle???
-
Yesterday I tried to reboot the R3 and the game as well but it didn’t fix the issues. I’ll try again tonight. “ You can also disable Geo-Latency which will allow you to filter exclusively like the original Geo-Filter.” Can you please explain this? It’s not clear to me the difference between geo latency and geo filter. Is the geofilter always active when you disable geo latency?

Hi, Netduma R3 just arrived and I already noticed that geo filter in simple mode is not working, I’m in Italy and I set the filter in Europe and I found a game in Arabia Saudita and another one in China. another issue is that when using the polygon mode and dumaOS is filtering right, I never get the ping of the server, it always says “couldn’t ping the server”. R3 came out of the box with firmware 4.0.19. Any fix for these issues? thanks!

R2 is in DMZ. If I set 70% on congestion control will this percentage be dedicated to gaming and streaming and the other 30% to everything else? Does it work like that? thanks
-
R2 is connected to my ISP router, every device is connected to R2. My download speed is 750 Mb and my upload speed is 300 Mb.
-
Hello, may I ask what you recommend to set on Netduma R2 Qos settings? I play online fps and I stream on Kick simultaneously, which percentage should I give to gaming and to streaming?
-
I suppose you can’t use double netduma because even if you change the network ip they still will have conflicts
-
Changing the router ip address (the secondary connected to powerline) from 192.168.77.1 to 192.168.88.1 it gives me issues with mobile devices: all the devices, no matter in which floor they are connected , get the 88 ip, so I don’t get internet when I’m on the first floor (where dhcp should give addresses with 77)
-
For the second router connected to the powerline should I use the Ethernet or the wan port?
-
I tried to change the Lan ip but I don’t get internet connection anymore
-
I've tried all day long different settings between the two Netduma. The main one on the first floor is connected to the modem. From that room with a powerline I've connected the second Netduma on the lower floor. Connecting the ethernet cable from powerline to wan port I get many issues and connection is not stable. Connecting Netduma from powerline to ethernet port it looks like the connection is more stable, the only issue I face is that sometimes when I'm browsing Router settings from 192.168.77.1 it's like appear a new instance (with different wan IP and different devices connected) for few seconds, and when this happens I lose internet connection. The most of the time instead I get the same settings as the first floor (with the main Netduma) and I can see even from the lower floor the devices connected from device manager.

Thanks, I’m gonna try it tomorrow!
