  1. Factory reset fixed the problem. Thanks for the help.
  2. I have been using my Netduma R1 since January of 2015 without problems. Recently I noticed the wifi would drop out so I rebooted the router and it was fine. Last night it did it again and now it doesn't work a all. I connected the modem directly to the computer and the internet service is fine. Tried my old router and it worked. I am not very network savvy and not sure what to check next. Running 1.03.6g on windows 7. Windows says that it is having modem connectivity issues and to reboot the modem but that does not help. I have rebooted computer, modem and router numerous times and still get the same results. I can get to the router GUI. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Jeff
  3. Yes, DMZ and remote enabled. The last message was posted from my work computer on a different network. Also been only connecting to dedicated servers the last week with tons of lag even with small geo fiter range. Not fun! Thanks for the support.
  4. I posted earlier and you responded I was good but I did not update yet and I think power has been cycled on my router. Do you need to prepare my router for upgrade again. Thanks, Jeff Quote
  5. I have remote support ticked and I want to upgrade . I am showing I am running 1.03.4.
