Here is my bufferbloat results, is this a bad thing?

Just wondering if anyone knows for sure how bufferbloat effects online gaming, I play Call of Duty mainly and get a Base ping of 14ms, never lag in games but always seem to die so often when I always shoot first. Ran a test using dslreports and got a D grade on bufferbloat, could this be a reason why and can someone explain if is affecting anything?
