It happens with all devices, light or heavy traffic, at pretty consistent intervals throughout the day. It doesn't matter how many devices are connected or what those devices are downloading. Wired is not affected.

I've done all that and it's still having issues. We've gone through all the FAQ's and knowledge base things we could find. I've had it since last November, and up until about a month or two ago, it was working great.

The wifi on my Netduma cuts out constantly. I've gone through the troubleshooting and nothing has helped. I think the wifi module is failing. How do I get a replacement?
