  1. Can I please also have access ? Thanks Fraser :)
  2. Already tried all the setting you mentioned above. I also changed ethernet cables (they can handle my speeds too) UPnP is disabled already, diabling the Wifi on the ISP Hub didnt change a thing. I tried a wirde speedest on my PC, still gives me speeds under 1mbps. What could cause this ? I mean this is the problem right there, the slow speeds with the ethernet cable. When i can fix this, i am good to go. Sadly I cant open all the mentioned ports, when I try to apply the port forwarding rule my ISP Hub is telling me that the ports are already used for intern services. (my router is the Speedport W 723V)
  3. Ok I did a few test on speedtest.net on my wired laptop and I got alot of different results (sometiomes I got 7 mbps, sometimes 0,8 mbps as donload rate) My upload rates was down all the time (the highest result was 0,30 mbps) So, whats wrong with my wired connection? Also another question. My ISP Hub has no DMZ function or Bridge Mode. Could the Hub cause the problems? And is it possible to open the ports of the Netduma? (I mean to type in a Port forwarding rule in the ISP Hub with all the ports of the netduma) Would that be possible or could that help?
  4. Hey Guys, I have a issue when I connect my PS4 to my Duma with an ethernet cable. I ran a few speed tests on my PS4 (I know they are not the most accurate) but I noticed something odd. My results: Wireless Connection (ISP Hub): 21,1 mbps up, 3,5 bps down Wired Connection (ISP Hub): 46,3 mbps up, 5,8 mbps down Wireless Connection (Netduma): 18 mbps up, 86,5 kbps down Wired Connection (Netduma): 706,1 kbps up, 69,3 kbps down (I have a 50/10 package from my provider) So as you can see, with a wired connection directly to my ISP Hub I nearly get full speed. But when I build a wired connection to my Duma it slows down to 706,1 up !!!!!! I also tried a speedtest with my console on a wired Duma connection (I used the download speed test from testmy.net). I got a result of 14 kbps !!!!! So something is terribly wrong here. I already checked most of the other threads about this problem and corrected all my settings. But still nothing changed. Can somebody help me?
  5. Yea I used the same port all the time. I just came back form the store with a brand new ethernet cable. Set everything up and tried different ports this time but the result is the same. I am connected to the Playstation Network but not to the CoD servers. When I am accessing the Online Services tab in my Black Ops 3 menu it says: Connection Type Wired, Nat Type Moderate and Bandwidth 0 Kbps. (geofilter is off) So, why is there no bandwidth?
  6. Well I did some more test on my connections before I go out tomorrow to get me a new ethernet cable and I came to the conclusion that there is something terribly wrong with my lan connection. I did all my tests using my laptop. I tried all kinds of ways to connect to the internet and I always tried a speedtest (speedtest by ookla) and I watched a Youtube video. These are my results: Wireless connection to ISP Hub: Speedtest was fine, got 18 Ping, 38 down and 8 up The video loaded immediately, I turned on 720p and it loaded just fine. Wired connection to ISP Hub Speedtest was good, 16 ping, 47 down, 8 up Could watch the whole video in 720p without problems, site loaded immediately Wireless connection Netduma Speedtest was a bit odd, I got a good ping of 18, 47 down but no up. I tried it a few times, but the speedtest didnt calculate a number for my upload. Is this normal? Or is something wrong there? Video played great as always Wired connection to Netduma Speedtest again got me no upload rate, ping and down were a respectable 17 and 45 (speedtest website also took ages to load) Watching the video was bad, on 720p it buffered every few seconds. You had to put the video to 240p to watch it without buffers I also tested all my connections on my PS4. I tried both wireless and wired to both my ISP Hub and my Duma. Then I started a game and tried to connect to the servers. Everything worked apart from the wired Duma connection, which still gives me a error message. I never changed the duma settings or the used cables. But the whole time I had the feeling that something is odd with my wired connection to the duma. And now I got a proof that there is something wrong. Does anybody know what could cause this problem? Something is clearly wrong with my wired Netduma connection :/ I hope this research makes my issue more concrete and it may help to find a soution.
  7. Of course Any advice which kind of ethernet cable I should get?
  8. Could the issue maybe be caused by an old ethernetcable? I connected my pc with the same ethernetcable which is normally connected to my ps4 and the loading times in google chrome are way longer compared to loading times when im connected wireless so could it be a possible solution to change the lan cable? Edit: Hmm I just took the Duma completely off the power and connected my PS4 with the said ethernet cable to my ISP Hub. This way I can play just fine, maybe it isnt the cable...
  9. you mean the WAN IP in the device manager tab? no it hasnt changed, still at 192.168.2.100
  10. The setup which I have right now is the same one which worked a couple of hours ago. But since my LAN cable had some kind of disconnect I cant get it going again. I didnt change any settings, but after plugging the LAN cable back into the router I cant get it running again. My question is why is everything working apart from the call of duty servers? I already checked the server status, they are up and running perfectly fine.
  11. Internet is also not the problem. I can do everything I want, I can browse the internet, can watch Netflix, only the gaming servers are giving me trouble. I connected my PC to the duma per wired connection and it worked like a charm, so it also cant be the Ethernet cable.
  12. Why should i get a new modem? Everything worked fine a few hours ago, so it cant be the modem
  13. Yea i tried both, port forwarding and upnp, but both didnt work. Right now I have all the port rules disabled so this shouldnt cause any problems. Any more suggestions?
  14. I have the same issue again! I was playing CoD this morning wehen suddenly a message appeared on my PS4 screen (saying "LAN cable not connected) although my cable was plugged in the whole time. Then I was disconnected from the servers. I unplugged the ethernet cable, waited a few seconds and then plugged it back into my PS4 and my Netduma. I ran a connection test on the PS4 and everything worked flawless (I even got an open Nat) Then I started the game again but I wasnt able to connect to the online services ( getting the ABC error in the BO3 title screen) I tried to boot the game without geofilter, I tried the changing numbers trick but nothing worked. I will post a few screenshots of my Duma config page, maybe I messed up my settings https://gambetto.de/image/M3J https://gambetto.de/image/M3y https://gambetto.de/image/M3f https://gambetto.de/image/M3m https://gambetto.de/image/M3v https://gambetto.de/image/M35 https://gambetto.de/image/M3A https://gambetto.de/image/M3T https://gambetto.de/image/M3l https://gambetto.de/image/M36
  15. I am sorry, but I couldnt reply earlier. I probably just disabled the wireless function, but I tried it both, with wireless on and with wireless off, neither method worked. I still couldnt connect to the internet. I already tried to turn off the power on both devices, sadly it didnt work. My router has no PPPoE settings, you can just turn on the Modem Mode and thats it. There are no other settings. Also, after I turned on Modem Mode and PPPoE on my ISP Hub the blue box is still appearing ( saying "We have detected you are connected to another router ... ) I researched a bit and found out that others, who have the same ISP Hub as me, also had problems with the Modem Mode. Some say that when you have VDSL the PPPoE doesnt work probably. Is there someone on this forum who also has a Speedport from Telekom? Maybe they could help me out. Nevertheless, is there something else what I can do? Also I wanted to ask for some advice for my wired connection problems. Why cant I connect to the game servers when I am wired? What could cause the problem? Thank you for all the help. It is really nice to have such an active customer support. Keep up the good work and maybe together we can get my Netduma running.
