what does CPU 0 (Red Colour) represent and same goes to CPU 1(Blue) CPU 2 (Yellow)

The cpu has 3 cores, each one is represented by a different colour. I’m not sure if one is dedicated to DPI.

The XR500 has a dual core CPU, the third 'CPU' is a clever multi-core shared between the two cores.

Yeah as @Newfie said, they're the three cores of the CPU.

The XR500 has a dual core 1,7GHz main core. But next to that, it has something that they call NSS subsystem. It has 2x 733 Mhz cores dedicated to things like QoS. So it can actually do hardware offloading for QoS.

It does but it’s this chipset.

the other cores run at 800 MHz. 
 

There was some confusion as Liam looked at the profile of the OP and I looked at the post that stated 3 cores and the only router with 3 cores is the XR1000.
