Does Connection Benchmark successfully complete a test and what happens when you click force update?

What is the modem/model the R2 is connected to?

Are you able to connect it direct to the modem? The WiFi extender could be causing it. What is the model of your modem/router?

You can change the time zone by clicking the 3 dots on the top right of the interface > advanced > time zone

Did you adjust for daylight savings time as well? Click the time zone, click daylight savings, click save, refresh the System Information page.

Worked fine before what, using the extender or changing specific settings on the router?
