weedminer 1 Posted January 10 Hello, I have an XR300. I am interesting in what does the blocking action of device actually do technically? Regards, Boris

What does it do specifically to block the access, how does it interrupt it?

If you want the specific details of what it does I would need to ask a developer about that - no one has asked that before! I assume that if the device attempts access to anything on the internet it simply has a rule in place that blocks/rejects all traffic from said device. Yeah if you can do that it would be much, much appreciated. I am mostly interested in technical details around cutting the connection as soon as the block button is pressed. Of course, I'll request a dev to give me further information on that and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. 1 weedminer reacted to this
Netduma Fraser 10,909 Posted Monday at 03:03 PM Just an update for you, I received this reply from a dev: "What we do is using the iptables firewall blocking all traffic going through this device using iptables rules that can block/unblock traffic to any device" 1 weedminer reacted to this
