I'd suggest emailing [email protected] with your order number and a link to this topic to get a replacement. We've logged the bug but don't know when or even if we can resolve it remotely so probably the best option, then we can get it collected to debug as well. Have you not done a factory reset already? I thought you had. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release and wait 1-2 minutes and see if you can access the interface then please. jukey44 Posted September 25, 2020 Author Share Posted September 25, 2020 Ok I just factory reset again but for now on i won't unplug it or anything. cause when i unplug it dumaos was acting weird and then the error pop up but I'm good now if anything happens ill just ask you or if something different shows up and thanks for the help. WiFi we are working on improving that at the moment. Powerline adapters I don't particularly like as they really depend on how good the wiring is in your home.
