Sameer 16 Posted May 12, 2019 Last week, I upgraded to DumaOS for my R1 router and it was working fine until this morning I noticed the R1 has no power at all. There was no electric short-circuit smell or any physical damage to it. I tried to plug the adaptor to different socket but no joy. It is dead I guess. pollutionblues 1,823 Posted May 13, 2019 It’s possible that it’s just your power supply that’s faulty. Someone from Netduma will be able to advise you on where to get a replacement. 1 Sameer reacted to this
Netduma Alex 2,045 Posted May 13, 2019 Here's the exact one we use, the diameter of the pin is 2mm. https://mikrotik.com/product/18POW If you search 18POW on Google you'll see lots of places that sell it.

I found some options on ebay and this particular adapter is very expensive, around £30. Any idea where I can buy cheaper one? Thank you!

Sameer 16 Posted May 18, 2019 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B074LJYHH5/ref=cfb_at_prodpg I bought this one off the amazon. Worked perfectly with my R1. It was indeed the adapter at fault and not the R1. 1 Netduma Alex reacted to this
Netduma Alex 2,045 Posted May 20, 2019 That's great! I mean it's not great that the adapter was at fault but it's great that it's all working now!
