I can be available almost any time. but my free times are between 6:30PM -7:00AM CST Mondays-Thusday...free on Fridays and can be free on Saturday & Sundays.

Hi broderick, please make a new post regarding your issue. I would say though that you need to try and conduct a factory reset though if you lost power during an upgrade it may have bricked the router. If thats the case and you're within the warranty period I would recommend contacting [email protected]
