Ok, had an issue where party chat wasn't working with my netduma r1, so i tried upgrading to the 3.0 software, nothing but moderate strict nat after that, and followed all steps given to me in a prior post. So I tried downgrading to the original firmware from when i bought it, now, nothing, cannot access the router, says error 404 url not found. although i have internet while connected to it. it never finished with the this could take two minutes , please wait for this screen to refresh, it was like 10 minutes and the laptop went to sleep. Now i cannot even access the duma interface at all..
  2. Hi, I purchased a Nighthawk XR700 a few days ago. I went through the setup process and accessed the DumaOS UI on a few occasions to fine tune the settings. I made sure to update the firmware straight away. After about 4 days of use I can now no longer access DumaOS at all, I have cleared all history on several occasions, tried various browsers, tried different computers, tried command prompt (which also won't show ipconfig), tried factory resetting the router and trawled the internet for a couple of hours for a solution and nothing works. Can somebody please help! Many thanks
  3. I have set it to Allow everyone in my party but still can't connect consistently. Sometimes I can hear them or some of them and other times they can hear me.

Hi everyone, I just got myself a Netduma R1, I can't go past step 6 on the guide here http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000024070-quickstart-guide-installing-the-router-accessing-the-interface I can't connect to Netduma R1 Wifi, comes back with incorrect password. I have double checked the serial number, turned off and on the netduma router couple of times same result. Can someone please assist me with getting this setup. I'm using a Macbok Pro it has no ethernet/Lan port, so my only option is to access the netduma via WIF but unfortunately its connecting any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Seye.
