  1. Hi there, Searched the forum for possible answers but could not find anything relates to my question. I recently upgraded to NetGear XR500 from my old D-Link DIR-825. I was mainly using three functionalities on this old router, for a server in the cloud to make a service call which is running on one of my devices on the network. So, I was utilizing three main functionalities: Dynamic DNS. I found this is available on DumaOS, so it is fine. Inbound Filter: Allowed me to define IP ranges and create groups for these IP addresses, ie. allow/block incoming request IP address(es) for specific forwarding. Could not locate the same on DumaOS. Virtual Server: Allowed me to forward incoming requests to a specific device IP/port on my network, in conjunction with Inbound Filter. So, only incoming requests from a specific IP range was allowed to be forwarded to the device. Also, could not find the same on DumaOS, would port forwarding achieve the same effect? How can I achieve the same with DumaOS? Obviously, Dynamic DNS is not an issue but I could not figure out the rest. Not sure placing the device within the DMZ would work, but I do not know the security implications of that. Thanks
  2. I just got my XR500 today so am still learning the DUMAOS, but one thing I notice is the time is incorrect under 'System info' and the 'logs'. I google the issue and seems others have reported the same, but, they were able to correct the time by going to 'Settings ---> Content Filtering ---> Schedule', and from there they see an option near the bottom to change the timezone. Of course murphy's law though for me, no timezone setting there. Was the feature removed in the latest version of the OS? My OCD is going bonkers and I really want to correct the time 😫. Resetting the router also didn't work. Time settings in Win 10 are set to auto update/sync and are correct on my PC.
  3. So basically, im using the xr500 which is being fed from my virgin router. its showing my total download bandwidth to be 383mb but when my xbox is downloading a new update or something its maxing out at about 25mb and under the network monitor i'm getting a very low over all usage of bandwidth that peaks about 50mb so why isn't it using all the available bandwidth and only picking up around 50mb over all total usage when theres a possible 383 it could use to make my xbox download quicker sorry im not very techinical so i hope that made sense
  4. Hi I recently got the xr500 , went though all the setting geo filter and qos . I am getting high pings when im searching for a match on call of duty and also lagging. Can someone help me.
  5. Hi Duma team! I'm having an issue with receiving an IP address from my ISP after re-booting my XR500 (this has worked with other NetGear routers I own w/ the same modem). I am currently using firmware version V2.3.2.56 with MAC address spoofing, but I am unable to get an IP address every time I reboot the router. The reason why I reboot is to resolve issues with QoS and Network Monitor not loading (and eventually failing to load w/ error messages). Upon reboot, I see 0.0.0.0 as my IP address with the status 'disconnected'. If I unplug my ethernet cable that's connected to my modem and re-plug it in, I am able to properly receive an IP address. Any thoughts? Seems weird that I'd need to physically unplug a cable every time I reboot my router. I've used the Nighthawk AC2600 with the same modem and setup with no issues receiving an IP address. I know you're not Netgear support, but I want to make sure that my issues aren't DumaOS related! Thanks for your help, Chris
  6. So , I am trying to configure two XR500's in a client to gateway configuration. I have sucessfully configured one XR500 as a gateway and it tested correctly with an adroid phone client , I am able to access the gateway network fine. The first question is how to generate the ovpn file for the client XR500 ? can one of the pre configured files that the router generates be used ? or is it a question of manual editing , if so which lines need amendment ? Second question , once the VPN is setup , can a device on the client router be added to the gateway geofilter as a device ? I'm thinking not , that all devices in the geofolter need to be on the same subnet. I may be thinking too linearly m which is why I'm asking if anyone has thoughts on making this work or has a more elegant solution ?
  7. I bought a XR500 a little over a week ago and just started experiencing the internet dropping. If I hook up directly to my modem I can still reach the web so it’s definitely the router. I couldn’t even reach the router by typing in its IP address. Sometimes turning it off and unplugging for a minute fixes it, other times I have to factory reset. I know there was a problem in previous firmware’s, is it still an issue? Is another firmware coming to fix? Or do I need to tinker with settings? Never really had a router that wasn’t plug n play. Any help is appreciated, just would like to know if it’s worth the hassle to try to get working or if I should just return.
  8. There's an issue were I get unstable ping later in the day after a restart on the router. Attached are screenshots of Pingplotter 5 when i have only the modem plugged in vs when i plug in and turn on the XR500 router. Now at first couple of hours after a restart it runs perfect. its only after a couple of hours this happens (5-6 hrs in) When in game Modernwarefare it also becomes apparent. But yeah need some help on this. any would help
  9. The images i provided are the results from the tests i ran in order to narrow the issue down to the router. Test 1: Description: Speedtest with my pc plugged directly into my modem Result: Close to expected speeds Test 2: Description: Router speedtest after running setup wizard Result: Close to expected speeds Test 3: Description: Speedtest with my pc plugged into my router w/ QOS enabled Result: 10% of expected speed Test 4: Description: Speedtest with my pc plugged into my router w/ QOS disabled Result: 10% of expected speed Any idea on what might be causing such slow speeds?
  10. Each time I make any changes to certain settings like QOS, bufferbloat, etc, I reboot the router (as I read this was recommended with any setting changes made). After doing so, I cannot connect to the internet via wifi (connecting to internet via ethernet cable on router works however). The only solution that I found that works is to factory reset the router, which then allows me to connect to the internet via wifi. Please help. Thanks in advance.
  11. Issue: I had been using the XR500 for about a year now with no issues, using both geolocation and QoS successfully, I had been running 2.3.2.56. Last night this all changed with no change of settings or environment that I’m aware of. My connection this morning began dropping randomly, often after only 5 minutes of usage. When the connection drops the Wi-Fi network (both 2.4 and 5GHZ networks) disappear. Both devices that connected via hardline and on Wi-Fi experience this lack of connection. All devices in my home (phones, tablets, laptops, etc) are experiencing this issue. I verified with my ISP (Spectrum) and nothing is wrong on their end. When the network comes back I’ll start using it again, as normal, and anywhere from 2-15 minute later the issue repeats itself, the network disappears and comes back 1-3 minutes later. There is no website, traffic, or device that seems to be consistently causing this issue. What I’ve tried so far: I’ve tried the basics and turned unplugged both my router and modem for 2-3 minutes and plugging them back in. I’ve turned QOS off, DOS and Port Scan , Geolocation off. I disabled port triggering (which I was not using) just in case this was somehow part of the issue. I tried backing up my configuration, returning to factory settings, and then restoring from my backup. I set my system to use Static IP addresses rather than Dynamically from the ISP. I noticed the following events occurring my logs with some regularity. [DumaOS] DHCP new lease allocated., Thursday, March 19, 2020 15:56:37 [DumaOS] DHCP new event., Thursday, March 19, 2020 15:56:37 I tried using the V2.3.2.40-C242a. hotfix firmware. I also tried the original V2.3.2.40 firmware. Last thing I did was upgrade back up to .56 from .40. And for a while the .40 firmware version seemed to fix things, but then 7 days later on March 26th (today) things started back up with no changes to any settings, or new devices. All the same symptoms and issues listed above. I went on to do countless factory resets and firmware changes, jumping around from .40, .40-C242a, and .56. Every configuration will be fine for about 5-10 min and then the issue starts back up. Where I stand with things: Modem: Motorola SURFboard Model: SB6141 (note this modem is mine and not owned by Spectrum, it is from their approved list) XR500 V2.3.2.40 Geo-Filter – off QoS – off Port triggering -off Guest Wifi – off No VPN in use Using Static IP addresses With the new work from home situation resulting from Coronavirus this issue really couldn’t have come at a worse time for me and my wife. It is essential that we have a reliable internet connection. Any assistance you can give would be helpful. If there is a specific log set that could be helpful please let me know.
  12. i would like to request a Automated Scheduled Reboot Feature added to the firmware capabilities for the Netgear XR500 Router. this feature is present on every other commercial router. Reason: the Router Performance sometimes Degrades over time or will not put through internet data. After Reboot the performance is top again or the internet data will be put through again.
  13. hi I have bought yet another XR500 as my WiFi on the R1 isn't powerful enough in the apartment i live at. the problem i have now is with the R1 i get the most stable connection ever see pic and the XR500 i cant achieve the same same no matter what i have tried? can someone help me on this matter as i feel like sending the XR500 back 😞 top Pic is R! and Bottom is XR500
  14. I just recently purchased the XR500 and Arris SB8200 to replace my Nighthawk r7000 router and my Motorola SB6141 modem (and all new 5ft CAT-7 cables). My current situation...there are 3 of us in the house. I have a two Xbox ones and a PS4 hardwired to my XR500. Then, there are about 9 other devices that connect via wifi (most 2G and a few on 5G). There are many times where the two Xbox Ones are online at the same time, but I only use geo-filter for one of them (the one I play COD on). The router is located in the FROG where all online console gaming happens, but most wireless devices are used downstairs. My goal was to use the XR500 to improve my online gaming experience via geo-filter and have better WIFI presence downstairs. I need setup advice to help with my setup mentioned above. My first router upgrade choice was the Nighthawk X6S as it has 6 antennas. Will the XR500 work with my current setup? If not, should I just go with another router? p.s. I setup the new modem and router yesterday about 5PM EST and work up this morning and no internet when I tried looking on my iPhone. I was connected to the WIFI, but when I looked at the router the internet light was blinking (red or orange - I am colorblind lol). I tried resetting the modem, then the router and nothing. So, I left the router on and just reset the modem and it came back online (flashing white light). I hope this makes sense and if you need more information, please let me know. Thank you in advance!! mz
  15. Hello, I have bad experience with my modem HH3000 Bell from Montreal (Canada) even with 400mb Fiber i have lags and latencies in my ps4 games, i bought Nighthawk XR500 and connected it with my modem and still have thoses issus and lags. So i bought "TP-Link MC220L Media converter Gigabit 1000 Mbps RJ45 " to delete my modem and connect fiber to xr 500 but i didn't work, so i set PPPoe as internet setting and my username and passeword from my ISP but it didn't work. So i saw a lot of people on internet that did it but in another routers there is the setting in other routers : - SFP insterted into the media convertor, attached to my RT-5300 in the WAN slot.- Connection will be PPPoE- enter your bell B1 username and your password.- in the LAN enter vlan 35 for Internet So please can you help me to connecte my xr 500 to Tp media converter with the right settings in router ?
  16. 17. Lately I've noticed a lot of internal IP addresses that do not match up with any devices on my network. Everything I run is setup on the 192.168.1.x subnet, and the only thing outside of that subnet is the cable modem's web interface. Anyone have an idea of what's going on here? These are the phantom LAN IP addresses that Geofilter has shown over the past day or so when manually pinging the connections from null island: Name ID Allowed/Denied Host Type 192.168.100.7 c5c03c075d64a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.0.83 610a8853a700fb00 Denied Peer 192.168.178.27 13c0501b5db2a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.0.22 610a4b16a700fb00 Denied Peer 10.0.0.139 610ac08ba700fb00 Denied Peer 192.168.111.14 d0c0430e5d6fa3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.38 61c05b265d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.155 61c0d09b5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.4 61c039045d00a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.0.171 610ae0aba700fb00 Denied Peer 192.168.86.241 b7c026f15d56a3a8 Denied Peer 172.17.60.209 9dac06d1493c0c11 Denied Peer 192.168.0.21 61c04a155d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.100.58 c5c06f3a5d64a3a8 Denied Peer 10.68.129.238 e20a23eea7813f44 Denied Peer 192.168.20.189 75c0f2bd5d14a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.17 61c046115d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.43.5 8cc03a055d2ba3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.13 61c0420d5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.20 61c049145d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.2.105 63c09e695d02a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.36 61c059245d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.18.105 73c09e695d12a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.171 61c0e0ab5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.100.154 c5c0cf9a5d64a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.11.80 6cc085505d0ba3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.188.21 1dc04a155dbca3a8 Denied Peer 192.81.245.122 56c0af7a5df54c51 Denied Peer 192.81.245.119 56c0ac775df54c51 Denied Peer 192.168.0.5 61c03a055d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.105 61c09e695d00a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.0.142 610ac38ea700fb00 Denied Peer 192.168.0.48 61c065305d00a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.0.147 610ac893a700fb00 Denied Peer 192.168.178.77 13c0824d5db2a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.178.56 13c06d385db2a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.7 61c03c075d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.31 61c0541f5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.173 61c0e2ad5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.1.13 620a420da701fb00 Denied Peer 172.20.10.8 6bac3d08490a0f14 Denied Peer 10.0.0.31 610a541fa700fb00 Denied Peer 192.168.0.6 61c03b065d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.3 61c038035d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.254.16 5fc045105dfea3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.86.30 b7c0531e5d56a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.0.49 610a6631a700fb00 Denied Peer 192.168.0.14 61c0430e5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.15.2 70c037025d0fa3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.43.192 8cc0f5c05d2ba3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.108 61c0a16c5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 192.168.0.30 61c0531e5d00a3a8 Denied Peer 10.0.0.135 610abc87a700fb00 Denied Peer 10.0.0.212 610a09d4a700fb00 Denied Peer 10.0.0.14 610a430ea700fb00 Denied Peer -Null
  18. I cannot get the geofilter to work on the XR500 for Destiny 2 on Xbox One no matter what I try. Let me preface this by stating that I've tried using the Destiny setting, stopped using the Destiny setting and set my range to the minimum of 69 miles and set my location in Antarctica, tried auto ping only, tried strict only, tried both auto ping and strict, added both of my primary consoles in the Add Device section, tried wired and Wi-Fi and have the bridge setting turned on in my gateway. Nothing works. The reason that I purchased this router was strictly for the geofiltering, and I've talked to a few people that have it while gaming that said they set their geofilter to only match up with themselves and it works 100% of the time. Unfortunately that was awhile back and as they were random players on different continents I didn't bother adding them or asking more about it. I use my consoles to help people rank up in comp by win matching. If you don't know what that is, I have 2 host consoles and bring 2 players into each party. I then launch into comp, choosing which console to launch first to ensure that is the one that gets host, and as soon as they match but before they launch in I back out the fireteam that isn't host. The host fireteam loads into a match with no opponents and it's an instant win for that team and no loss for the other team. I'm a PvE player. I haven't played competitively in over a decade, and have no desire to. Most of the people that I play with are in the top 100 or 200 in raid leaderboards, strikes etc. and have no interest in playing PvP, nor do I. That being said, certain guns can only be acquired through playing comp. Rather than employ a method that would be considered cheating and hurting other players' stats, I do this to help people get the glory they need to acquire the guns they want (or at least the quests for them). I don't do kill lobbies. If someone wants the gun that bad then they can go in and get the kills the old fashioned way, but some people simply don't have the time, skill or friends with the skill to confidently go into matchmaking and hit the glory that they need. Not to mention people that manipulate connections to lag you out so that they get the win. Long story long... I was able to match up relatively easily when everyone was around the same glory (prior to purchasing the XR500), but if everyone was 4000 - 5500 glory except for one guy that was at 1000 glory they would never match. Hence the router purchase. I've spent hours and hours trying different configurations, selecting different consoles to be host (had some friends bring theirs over and was running 6 simultaneously) and still no dice. Is there a solution to this issue? Does geofiltering even work in Destiny 2 anymore? I can get it to work to where I can load into strikes solo, and I can also load into the tower solo. I can have both host consoles with a full fireteam load into their own instance of the tower or any planet, but for the life of me I can't get them to match up in comp regardless of the location I set or the settings I've tried. Please for the love of all things holy someone have a solution so that I didn't just throw away $300. Thanks in advance for suffering through my rant lol
  19. My apologies if there's another thread on this. I did search and found some similar troubles people are having, but I'm not using VPN or IPV6 and after 30 minutes of poking around I've decided to raise my hand and say "help me!" First the problem: When I click the QoS Menu it times out and tells me this R-App isn't loaded yet and to try again in a minute. I need to prioritize Skype traffic over everything else. So, I started here: https://kb.netgear.com/24266/How-to-enable-Quality-of-Service-QoS-on-routers-using-the-NETGEAR-web-interface But these instructions seem to not reflect my options. For instance, it says to click Advanced->Setup->QoS srevice. However, I have no initial starting option of "Advanced." I did try Settings->Advanced Settings but there is no option for QoS anything so that doesn't seem to be the right steps. Thanks for the help.
  20. Hey guys, just looking for some advice, I’ve had a XR300 router for around 3-4 months, other than getting to the bottom of the QoS issue I did find a way round it. However I noticed over the last month, my xr300 has been doing random restarts, wireless devices are disconnecting etc. Anyway I was wondering before I return the XR300, should I pay a little extra and get the XR500? I know there isn’t much difference if at all in the Duma OS part but my thinking is with the hardware being a little more powerful would it still be worth upgrading? Thanks
  21. These 2 screen shots where taken during a 3v3 destiny crucible match. I can understand allowing null island to connect but the one from Brazil with >100ms ping and the 3 "blocked" connections from the US... GeoFiltering does not work as advertised. I have already done the recommended power cycle on the PlayStation, modem, and router. Deleted the PlayStation as a device while it was powered off, and recreated the device profile once online again. The only thing i can think of left to try at this point is to do a factory reset and hope that changes something.
  22. Hi, I've been suffering lag issues with my connection since the year dot... I've tried everything to combat this. from buying the xr500 and setting 70-70% buffer bloat to buying stand-alone modems. nothing seems to work. My gameplay is terrible I always come off second best in any battle, I have found that if I use an automatic weapon from distance i stand a much better chance of getting kills but when I go head to head or use a sniper rifle I might as well not bother... I then started looking into this and came across the puma 6 chipset that was causing ping spikes by testing my router and modem (Vodafone router, Netgear modem, Openreach modem and tp-link modem/router) these are the combos I have tried... I have also tested each one individually by using the DSL reports test http://www.dslreports.com/tools/puma6 this has shown that all of my hardware is failing and resulting in major spikes up to 700ms and mainly red and amber results. I can't tell if the xr500 has anything to do with this or that it's just a faulty chipset in all the modems and the xr500 is just reporting the result of what's coming through the modem. I have also used ping plotter to see if i could replicate some of the unstable latency/pings and its not conclusive partly because I'm only using the free version of ping plotter. I have also tried playing about with my NAT type by doing port forwarding, DMZ, UPNP and opening nat on my WAN menu. I have tried UPnP on and off, consoles in the DMZ and out but nothing seems to have been very successful. I get an open NAT but the gameplay is really bad. I recently bought a tp-link vr300 and noticed it had an option for a full cone NAT. I have enabled this and closed the NAT on the XR500 and also added port triggering on my tp-link to all the relevant ports for my game and it seems to be playing a lot better but this might just be a placebo. does anyone have suggestions on how to overcome the puma 6 chipset high ping problems or good UK modem that doesn't use it? don't want to buy another modem only to find it's going to give me the same problems and if you have had any experience with full-cone NATs and the best setup for gaming.
  23. Hey guys, I've been lurking on these forums for a while now though this is only the second time I've posted. Let me start by saying thank you to anyone and everyone whom takes the time to read this, even if you don't know what to make of it, or haven't a piece of helpful information to put forward. Let me also say I have learned so much about networking and technology over the last 3 years searching for a resolution to my problem, and for that I am thankful because I truly am passionate about technology and learning about the underlying mechanics that drive it and even allow it to operate. But with that said, I should have come here sooner looking for help but I'm stubborn and tend to be impatient, and posting in a forum to wait forever for a response seems unattractive as I have had not great experiences with posting on forums in general and receiving help. I'm also autistic and tend to be more of an introverted recluse, so asking for help isn't something that comes easy for me. A brief foot note I'll add in an effort to be as through and helpful as possible. My services are internet only 300/300 symmetrical. Provider of course being Frontier. Network topology is very simple which is as follows, Alcatel Lucent i-211m-l ONT - Nighthawk XR500 - LAN. I've gone down the list of simple common sense troubleshooting recommendations you'd expect from anyone with even the slightest inkling into networking such as, eliminating the possibility of a bad Ethernet cable, running ping plotters to check for oddities in line activity, even doing line quality checks at dslreports.com, and to no avail. From all that I can tell with ping plotter line quality appears great as you'd expect on a fiber optic connection. I can share results of dslreports line quality test or ping plotter if requested, but again no indication as far as I can tell that anything is a miss. One thing I will say though that strikes me as odd, and having read extensively on NAT, especially enjoying the comprehensive and meticulously written article Badmodems has on the subject. Full Cone, Partial Cone, and Port Restricted NAT being the most common ways NAT is implemented, it confuses me that when I forward a port to say my phone to check if it's actually being opened, then do a port scan from say canuseeme, sometimes I get a LAN access from remote in the logs indicating to me that a connection to said port was at least attempted, sometimes I don't, but it never says on the other end that it was successful. It either always says connection timed out, or port closed. Even with NAT Filtering set to open. Which bothers me more than a little. I've also read a little about Teredo regarding Xbox and how Microsoft handles NAT and the implications of needing players to have the ability to connect to one another. I definitely have a few questions regarding that and possibly what Sony's version of Teredo is. My problem has followed me across two ISP's and two routers for three years now. First with spectrum using a Nighthawk R7000, and a Arris Surfboard cable modem I purchased to entirely eliminate ISP equipment from the equation. Now with Frontier Fios, an Nighthawk XR500 and a direct connection to an Alcatel-Lucent i-211m-l ONT. The common denominator being Netgear Nighthawk routers. The issue I'm experiencing is strange to say the least. Every device I own and use I experience "lag" or latency when using said device. A list of those devices includes an Xbox one X, PlayStation 4 Pro, Asus ROG Phone 2, Razer Phone 2, Dell Laptop, and many more I won't arbitrarily list. Suffice it to say it's anything and everything I use. Alongside a very high latency when using any of these devices is a strange phenomenon, where I feel like things on the screen are almost warping and changing size, almost the way say a scaling feature would work. And with that also comes this odd two dimensional quality everything from games to YouTube videos exhibit. To elaborate on that a little more, as a for instance when I am not experiencing the issue (which is very rare) things look amazing in games, be it on my ROG phone 2 playing PUBG Mobile, or on my PlayStation 4 Pro playing Call of Duty. It's like the textures are so alive with depth and detail and the colours appear so much more vibrant, intricate, and present. Strangely enough, I would describe the issue I have with audio in a very similar manner, where all the detail and nuance is gone. I can't hear enemy players in things like PUBG Mobile or Call of Duty for the life of me (literally lol) until it's too late or I'm dead. Sensitivity in games is also very inconsistent, and never feels the same. Whether it's the touch screen of my phone, keyboard and mouse, or a controller. YouTube videos appear pixilated and blurry almost, lacking in visual and audible information. Players in games like Blackout and PUBG Mobile are very difficult for me to spot. And distances are very difficult to gauge, where it seems like things on the map, be it players or objects, appear farther away than they should be. Things like my wingsuit in Blackout are consistently pixelated and fail to properly render in. And lighting and shadows are also very strange with things appearing darker than they should be sometimes, like shaded areas and inside of buildings. Sometimes I'll walk into a structure for instance, like long barn in Blackout right beside red barn, by wagers and silo and it will be dark and oddly lit and suddenly the lighting will change where I can see and it's lit up the way it should be. There are other oddities such as haptic feedback being horribly inconsistent across the board on every Android device I've owned in the last three years. And typing feels very slow and tedious, with what I would also describe as a "lag" or latency regarding the input of characters and haptic response to hitting a key. Again, when things are working properly the small percentile of the time they do, this is not the case and everything feels so responsive and it's effortless to type things out. And on a $1000.00usd phone sporting a Snapdragon 855+ , Adreno 640 GPU, Cortex A-76 architecture, and a prime core clock speed of 2,960 MHz, I would hope the very least I should expect to be a responsive keyboard lol ;D. Anyway I've rambled long enough, and apologize for being long winded. To anyone who reads this, let me thank you once again for doing so regardless of whether you have some helpful piece of wisdom to offer or not. I'm at my wit's end with this issue and it's causing me to go to some very dark places psychologically, so any help is most certainly appreciated. Again from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
