Why do I think of Fyre Festival every time a Netduma rep creates a new hype thread?

Would you please stop using that word in this context. It doesn't mean what you seem to think it does. You have been saying that for nearly a year. All you are doing by using that word is creating false hype. It's inconceivable.

I disagree. It is something every company "can" do. Not every company "will" do is the proper response. You guys have the resources to push support faster than a snails pace, but you choose not to. It isn't a matter of can or can't. Its a matter of choice. There are many companies that can compile hundreds of gigabytes of data a year into a program or game. How much more complex can a few megabytes in a firmware be? Is there only 1 guy doing all the work? Why? Greed? Share the wealth and grow your company by employing more staff. Find the bottleneck and fix it. You are bleeding reputation. reputation=profit.

I've now owned the XR500 for 1.5 years and to this day:
No IPv6 without killing off the QOS. No USB printer support. Incorrect network activity stats. No control over VPN settings. Bugs and glitches in the management GUI. Very questionable QOS performance is some games. Very poor update support. At this point this product should be considered as abandonware. Netduma's/Netgear's lack for transparency with such a vocal community is truly disturbing.
There are other manufacturers with devices out there that have a much more active support than Netgear/Netduma and according to my preliminary research, as good, if not better implementations of QOS and AQM.
I am no longer actively using this router and will soon be totally replacing it. Hats off to those of you who will be sticking around for the long haul, still beta testing a 2 year old AC router.

xolhid got a reaction from Netduma Alex in Geo-filter broken after V2.3.2.56 update! XR500
yes the setup is correct. the issue did not start occurring until after I updated to the new firmware. I am hardwired and did not setup wifi for my console.
I am not the only one who is experiencing this issue. There is another thread with the exact same issue.

I'll give it a shot. Might be a while before I do as I don't want to interrupt my roommates connection.

There may have been some changes from Treyarch, but there is something obviously wrong with DumaOS if the game runs just fine on the old firmware.

xolhid got a reaction from JOE1305 in 4 months after release and the issues still aren't fixed!
I'm not sure what is taking so damn long, but here we are 4 months after release and the same major issues still exist. I constantly have to jump through hoops just to get the best servers possible. No other COD release was ever this much of an issue.
Constantly kicked back to the loading screen with unable to join server errors.
Servers incorrectly located (Dallas servers reported as New Jersey)
Have to expand the geo-filter to encompass the entire world prior to launching BO4 every single time in order to get into a game. R1 and XR500 on latest firmware.

How many more excuses are we going to receive before you guys actually fix this? Will it be working before COD 2019 is released?
