Make sure no adblockers are on while in using the routers interface, clear browser cache as Newfie suggested too, If all else fails try powering down wait 5 mins then power up (unpliug the router so it loses power) if that fails a factory reset (when you say reset do you mean factory reset or reboot), your could just re upload the firmware too and re-install it if that does not work definitely try a full factory reset. via the pinhole in the back.

    Welcome to the forums!
We have not tested Red Dead Redemption 2 with Geo-Filter.
Many games will work with no additional configuration from our end, some will require more input.
Please let us know if Red Dead 2 works for you with Geo-Filter.

Ok it sounds like we might need to whitelist a whole domain in order to get this problem sorted. We already whitelisted some individual servers but there could be hundreds. We'll look into it.

My estimate would be long before that, but you're right, we're being secretive for now.
We learned from past experiences that it's better to under-promise and over-deliver than to over-promise and under-deliver! Similarly, it's better not to promise a release date which we then have to miss because of an unexpected bug. Some of the new features we're adding are quite complicated, and have a high possibility of bugs being found during testing.

Parfois, ce problème est dû à un échec de la négociation automatique entre l'adaptateur Ethernet et le routeur.
Si vous êtes sous Windows, vous pouvez régler manuellement l'adaptateur sur 1 Go Full Duplex
    --
Sometimes this problem is caused by an automatic negotiation failure between the Ethernet adapter and the router.
If you are under Windows, you can manually set the adapter to 1 GB Full Duplex

Set ISP router to handle PPPoE. You need to enable DHCP to your LAN as well so your R1 gets a IP. On the R1 enable DHCP for WAN. Then assign DMZ to the R1 in your ISP router. Best is to make a IP or MAC reservation if your router has the possibility.

The next time we need feedback on new features, we'll probably open insiders again.
The beta applications and the insiders group are two seperate things, so don't worry about that.

A monthly update is something we could certainly consider... The problem is that we have lots of stuff that can't be talked about openly until it's ready to be announced. One month, the update might look very sparse because most of the stuff we were working on can't be discussed.
In the past, when the company was much smaller, having direct updates from the developers was feasible. Now we have many projects, many features, and many developers. It's just not practical to report everything every month.

Unfortunately the XR300 doesn't currently support Hybrid-VPN. I'm not 100% sure if we'll be adding it with DumaOS 3.0 or not. I assume that if we can get it to work reliably on that hardware, we'll include it. I don't think this has been finalized yet, 3.0 development is focused on the XR500 at the minute.

So I have fiddled around on an XR500 in the office, and you're right. PureVPN only lists countries, cities never appear. Could you just confirm for me that no other countries have cities listed? You don't have to click them all, just a few will do.
Also could you switch to hidemyass and see if cities appear then? Because they do for me. I think this is a problem specific to purevpn. I've made a bug report.

If you can get to the interface through ethernet, you could try going to Settings > Advanced Settings > Advanced Wireless and checking whether wireless has been disabled here.

Based on this test, which was very thorough, it seems that we currently have a lot of miscategorized servers/peers. This is one of the hardest elements of Geo-Filter to get right, from our point of view, but theoretically the categorization shouldn't matter too much as long as Strict Mode is enabled.
So yeah I wouldn't worry too much about which icons are showing up, i'd worry more about their quantity and their location.
You probably already know this but let's run through how Geo-FIlter works so we can figure out what's not working in MW:
Game starts up, pings all known matchmaking servers around the world to find the lowest ping Game only sees servers inside the Geo-Filter radius, assumes others are offline Game starts matchmaking, only sees servers and peers inside radius SBMM is defeated forever and there is no more war Seems to me like there's an issue between the first two steps... I imagine maybe Modern Warfare is doing this:
Game starts up, connects to authentication server which is always whitelisted Authentication server sends game a list of servers around the world, along with their current status Game starts matchmaking, can't seem to connect to the server it wants Game keeps trying because it knows the server should be up Game keeps trying... Game keeps trying... If this is the case, there might not be much we can do beyond limiting a few peer connections.
I'm hoping that this isn't the case, and all that's needed is for us to relocate some servers.

Netduma Alex reacted to Bat 'n' Ball in XR500 Sudden Slow Speeds
Just to clarify, in my other thread I (wrongly) assumed my original slow file transfer speeds to my NAS device were due to Wi-Fi being in the loop.
    PC <Ethernet> XR500 <5GHz> Bridge Router <Ethernet> NAS
So, I took Wi-Fi and the XR500 out of the equation.
    PC <Ethernet> NAS
Because transfer speeds were now fantastic, my new assumption was that nothing was wrong with the PC or NAS. But was that the case? I put the XR500 back in the loop, but without Wi-Fi.
    PC <Ethernet> XR500 <Ethernet> NAS
Slow speeds were back, so forget Wi-Fi being the problem. You might now assume the XR500 is to blame, but could it be a PC driver issue which had previously negotiated full speeds with the NAS, but crucially, not with the XR500?
To cut a long story short (yes, I know that’s rich coming from me), if the Speed and Duplex setting of the Ethernet driver being set to Auto Negotiation is the issue, my third assumption would now be that both the PC Ethernet adapter and the XR500 1Gig port were simply not on talking terms!
This could be a PC driver issue, but it could also be an XR500 issue, failing to ‘negotiate’ with certain desktop drivers. That’s one for the Netgear folk to nail down.
If anyone is interested, this is a great article on Ethernet Auto Negotiation.
Glad you got your problem sorted, Kahari 😀

I wonder why the auto negotiation didn't work correctly. We'll tell Netgear about that one.

Netduma Alex got a reaction from Offen in Can people with knowledge abuse the tech support connection on the netduma?
In order to gain remote access to your router via the remote tech support option, they would need Netduma's key, which we only have in our office. Unless they have access to our office network, they can't get in using that method. Our office network is very secure so I doubt that's what happened. That said, disabling Allow Remote Tech Support is probably a good idea when you don't need help.
The way I see it, two things could've happened. The first option is that somebody cracked your password. It's totally possible to crack a wifi password with enough time, so perhaps a neighbor with technical skill could get that done? Make sure you're using WPA2 security, and if practical, consider hiding your SSID. You should also change the default credentials for DumaOS.
The other thing that could've happened would be a wind up from somebody in your house. How many people have access to your wifi network? Do any of them seem like they'd know how to do this?

I was gonna say, 1000 gig would be amazing. 1gig is pretty impressive though, I'm jealous.
Anyway I think you'd have to go it some to use all of that bandwidth at once, so I think my advice from above still applied.
