  1. It's present from XR700-V1.0.0.20V1 to the lastest Public and Beta Firmware. The setup Wizard is not working properly and it's worst if you set your Wan Port Preference to 10G LAN SFP+Port (10 Gbps) by using a Netgear AGM734-10000S module to get your ISP connection.
  2. Yes at 1000/1000 and also with 940/50. I'm getting the same result. First, I tried speedtest.net and it is where I find out that my XR700 can't get the 1Gbps speed. So I went on my ISP speed test to see if I can get the full 1Gbps and the result is the same. I can't get the full 1Gbps speed with the XR700 on my ISP speed test. So I tested the setup #1 to see if there's an issue with my internet 1Gbps speed and I have no problem to get the full speed with my ISP speed test and speedtest.net before I test the setup #2 and #3. Only the setup #1 and #3 passed the full Gigabit speed and not with the XR700. Was the team able to reproduce the error on a XR700? Or did the team find anything?
  3. The wizard setup doesn't work properly. Sometime it will run the whole wizard setup correctly and some other time it will run a broken wizard setup. It will not load some option page to let you choose during your initial setup like WAN Port Preference between Internet Port (1Gbps) or 10G LAN SFP+Port (10 Gbps), Checking Internet Speed, or the Firmware Update. Some page will become not responsive after your press the button next, it takes forever to load or it freeze..
  4. Hi Fraser, Alex did replied to my post but I can't really tell you if your team are aware of this issue. Maybe you can inform them to make sure they know. For my test, I did the 3 physical setups: Setup #1) ISP Cable 940Mbps/50Mbps -> Technicolor TC4400 Modem -> Workstation and Setup #2) ISP Cable 940Mbps/50Mbps -> Technicolor TC4400 Modem -> WAN Port on the XR700 router -> Workstation. Note: Setting for XR700: After a factory reset, the Wifi physical switch was at the position "OFF", with or without QoS, and ABB is at 100% and at Always or at Never. I only plug one device on the LAN port of my XR700 and the remaining LAN Ports are not occupied by any device. and Setup#3) ISP Cable 940Mbps/50Mbps -> Technicolor TC4400 Modem -> WAN Port on Linksys WRT3200ACM router -> Workstation. I did my speedtest with my ISP website and on phone with the technician of my ISP. I was able to get the full speed directly with the first and the third setup but not with the second setup when you use the WAN port on the XR700.
  5. Earlier today, I reported an issue with the WAN Port on the XR700 that can't run the speed at 940Mbps with or without QoS "On". FURRYe38 on the Netgear community was able to replicate and tested out the issue.   6. Correct, it does not require a PPPoE login. Thank you for the link, I'm already aware to press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds because I had to do this with my XR500 before I purchase a XR700.
  7. Long time user of Netduma OS and DumaOS, I have a Netduma R1 and I just upgraded my XR500 for a XR700. I was testing the lastest Nighthawk Pro Gaming Public Firmware v1.0.1.10 (XR700) and I already noticed few issues: 1) Dashboard is freezing when you play with the size of the window browser. For example, the Geo-Filter Map, Network Snapshot, Network Overview, or any R-App with an animation will freeze or will not display the animation until you refresh the browser. 2) The WAN Port doesn’t run my Internet Gigabit speed up to 940Mbps/50Mbps. When I performed a speedtest, the download speed reach around 500-650Mbps with or without QoS “On” and the CPU Usage is at 100% on all 4 cores with the XR700. On my XR500, I was able to reach easily my Gigabit speed with or without QoS “On” and the 2 cores were never remained capped at 100% of the CPU Usage during the full speedtest. So I decide to test the 10G SFP+ port on my XR700 with a SFP+ module of Netgear AGM734-10000s 1000BASE-T. I was surprised to see that I was able reach easily the 960Mbps/60Mbps and the CPU Usage is around 80% on 1 core only and not the 4 cores. Why does the WAN port perform badly compare to the SFP+ port? 3) Factory Reset with the physical button on device will not reset correctly the initial setup but if you do the factory reset inside the DumaOS with the “Erase” button, it will load all the page for the setup without any freezing loading pages or any error messages. My new purchase of a XR700 and a SFP+ module was very expensive and I’m kinda annoyed to see all those problems...
  8. Hi Jack, Thank you for the link and I read through all 3 pages. I understand your explications but I don't think is exactly the same problem because these peoples did not mentioned or tested it out with different modems, Ethernet cables, Ethernet Ports, and routers. I explained earlier to Fraser, in my case, the problem is not occurring when I'm using a non-DumaOS router with my current new Technicolor TC4400 Modem (Docsis 3.1) with my Gigabit Internet Speed, same/different Ethernet cable or Ethernet Ports, and my PS4 Pro. If I swap my Netduma R1/Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR500 for a Linksys WRT 3200ACM (Stock firmware or openWRT 18.06.2) or Linksys WRT54GS (Stock Firmware or DD-WRT) I don't experience any Disconnected from LAN issue. If I plug back with a DumaOS (MileStone 1.3) router using the same/another Ethernet cable or Ethernet Ports, and my PS4 Pro, the issue is coming back. Now, If I downgrade my Netduma R1 router with Milestone 1.3 for the Original Firmware 1.03.6j and I use the same setup, I don't have any Disconnected from LAN issue at all. I think problem is on the software side when the DumaOS Milestone 1.3 is communicating with PlayStation OS via the LAN.
  9. In the Device Manager, by default my PS4 Pro is already set on Playstation and I don't see any difference after deleting and re-adding to the Geo-Filter. I already tested the option 1 and 2. There's a log file about Firmware Versions that I posted earlier if you want to have a look.
  10. I've been testing my gaming device wirelessly and surprisingly I have no disconnection between the PS4 Pro and the XR500. But when I set my PS4 Pro back with Ethernet cable, I have a disconnected from LAN.
  11. Yes my gaming device is in the Geo-Filter. I also tried without any devices but I get the same issue. My PS4 Pro console is set to Spectating Mode because the Filtering Mode can't see the P2P Server inside the distance set with the profile selector Unreal Engine from the Geo-Filter Map. I can use the Filtering mode but then I have to set the distance above 4000km so the P2P Server can be covered inside the Geo-Filter Radar. Yes I did a factory reset when I downgrade/upgrade the firmware because after the installation of firmware I had no internet connection or when the disconnect from LAN on the PS4 Pro goes crazy and I can't get back my internet. For the wireless, I will give it a try this weekend and I will let you know the result.
  12. I'm on the firmware V2.3.240, the disconnected from LAN goes in loop and I'm not even in the Street Fighter V. This occur in the PlayStation OS before you start a game. Please have a look from the Log file. log-1550201564302.txt
  13. The suggestion above for the Internet IP Address with the "Use Static IP Address " give me no internet. I have to set on "Get dynamically from ISP" to make it work again. My DHCP is enabled.
  14. Every time I need to reboot the XR500, I have no internet after that. If I don't do a reset or do a factory reset, I can't get it back. Sometimes after an initial setup, I test my internet speed on www.speedtest.net with the correct servers and I either get the full internet gigabit speed or the 1/10th of my internet gigabit speed..
  15. Every time I get kick out from the game server, I lose League Points. If this happens 3 times disconnected from LAN within 2 hours, I am automatically banned for 24hours as well a deduction of 1000 League Points. The only way to play Street Figther V without any problems is to reinstall a non-DumaOS router and by doing this my XR500 will become not useful like my R1. I hope the team have found something to fix this issue...
  16. Street Fighter V it's the only game I play online on my PS4 Pro console and I have this issue. I can't tell for other games because I don't have another online game to test on PS4. The rest of my fighting games are on Steam.

  19. ***June 2019 - I Upgraded my XR500 to a XR700 | The result is the same on the WAN Port I get a Disconnected from LAN on my PS4 Pro*** I recently purchased a Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR500 to see if it can handle my new internet gigabit speed because my old Netduma R1 was not able to go above 230mbit/s with QoS and 500mbit/s without QoS. The good news, I can reach the gigabit speed with or without QoS but I still get a Disconnected from LAN while I'm playing Street Fighter V Arcade Edition on my PS4 Pro. My XR500 is on the firmware V2.3.240 and I continue to get the same issue that I started a topic for the Disconnected from LAN on the Netduma R1with DumaOS Development Milestone 1.3: forum.netduma.com/topic/27085-disconnected-from-lan/ Could you please have a look on the log file to see if this could be the same issue that occur in the DumaOS Development Milestone 1.3?   22. For SFV, you will need to set at Spectating Mode for your PC or PS4, that way it will be able to see the P2P Server that's outside of your distance. If you want to use the Filtering mode make sure that P2P Server is inside area coverage of the distance that you have set. It's important that you see the P2P Server on the map because it allows you to be paired with another player.

  24. With the QoS on, my Netduma R1 can reach 230Mbps. What is the max speed could you reach with QoS on for the XR500 and XR700?
  25. What about the Netgear Nighthawk XR500 and Netgear Nighthawk XR700 are they able to get the Gigabit speed with or without QoS on?
