I’ve a gardening business, I’m too shattered some times  normally I try to get on for an hour or two in the evenings but I do love the outdoors.
Trouble is my little Tibetan Terrier loves a boat trip so I can’t say no!

You should be able to log in even without a connection online.
i would perform a reset using the rear pin hole method and set the router up as new. Please don’t use a saved cfg profile.

    Hi,
    Welcome to the forum.
There isn’t any way to make DumaOS see 2 separate devices as 1.
The best way to achieve what you want is to use Bandwidth Allocation. Set say 20% to each console and make sure share excess is ticked. This way each console will only use bandwidth when it needs it, any spare bandwidth will be shared amongst your other devices.
You can read more on Bandwidth Allocation here:

    Hi,
    Welcome to the forum.
Your WiFi devices are showing as wired because they are connected to your mesh system and not directly to the XR450. As the mesh system is wired to the XR450 any device connected to it will be seen as wired in Device Manager.

    Hey, welcome to the forum!
Are you using QoS? If so then that is the reason that your speeds are lower. Also your internet speed and download speed use different units, so it sounds like you might actually be getting the expected speeds. Your speeds from the ISP are measured in Mbps (Megabits per second) and downloads are measured in MBps (Megabytes per second), 383Mbps = ~45MBps.

That’s great. If it’s setup as an extender what backhaul channels are you using. You can check this out by logging into the extenders web UI and it will show you all the info we need.

Hey @Ali The in game ports ive used is 30000-30040 UDP. Those would go in the destination. So you would just use one manual rule. Games console and DumaOS classified games would all be disabled. And any other manual rules you may have added.. And the only thing that would be enabled is this one manual rule you would add yourself. This may work for you if you want to try it. Cant say for certain it will work for you but it might be worth a try. You would add a manual rule and leave the source port range default to whats already there. And add these ports ive mention for destination. Starting port 30000-Ending port 30040. UDP.. These are the ports ive captured with wireshark. So it maybe worth a shot!
If you do try it let us know how it goes.
    Good luck my friend.
    Thanks!
    Zippy.

Try these manual rules without DumaOS Games and Games Console enabled.
Source Port: 3074 (start and end)
    Destination Port: 30000 (start) - 45000 (end)
    Protocol: UDP

Having a good Internet line is a vital part of every home- whether it’s getting high speeds for streaming to having a stable line for gaming. But current ways of measuring your line are inaccurate, since they can only run on your home devices and not on your line itself. We designed Connection Benchmark to solve this problem.
Connection Benchmark is a pure test of your Internet line, measuring all the key metrics you care about with extreme accuracy. This lets you find out if you’re truly getting the Internet speeds you pay for, and how high quality the line to your home really is.
Because the test runs directly on your DumaOS Powered router rather than from a PC or phone, it is the most accurate and powerful test of its kind. It cannot be weakened by a poor connection between your device and your router like a normal speed test can, giving you the ultimate insight into your home connection.

Each test you run will grade your line based on your speeds, ping and bufferbloat results, indicating whether there’s a problem and informing your QoS settings. Soon you will be able to find out how your results compare to other people in your region or on your ISP, so you can see how well supported your area is and whether your home falls below average.
DumaOS 3.0 is the biggest update we have ever built, effectively doubling the feature set. Connection Benchmark is just one of many features coming to your router with DumaOS 3.0, so stay tuned for our next feature announcement.

That tool Fraser has posted should help out tremendously. It will at least help narrow it down for you. Sometimes a device will have a couple different MACs for the same device. Each one has a different reason. If there is a MAC address that is close to one you have or know of on your network then its very possible it has two for a reason. This is very common to see this on modem gateways as an example. One MAC for the modem side and one for the router side. Even though its just one device.

Put the full MAC address into this tool and it will lookup what the manufacturer of the device is which may give you a better idea of what it could be: https://dnschecker.org/mac-lookup.php
What are your WiFi settings like? Do you have an easy to guess WiFi password?

Well it seems to be all good, am still getting consistent speeds over the weekend.
Additionally, I wasn't booted from Warzone all weekend since the change and my wife's stream didn't disconnect. We had been having issues with the new router (I think DHCP lease renewal) that would disconnect just long enough for a problem to occur.
From what I can tell, that all vanished with the change back to the XR500.
Fraser - thank you so much for the help! Greatly appreciate it, even more so during times like this where personal care takes priority.
I guess for the record a DHCP lease release was the ticket, just in case anyone else runs into a similar issue. Would have thought it'd change during all the resets etc but oh well. Problem solved!

Because QOS does not work on Duma OS with IPV6
This is exactly what the QOS of Duma OS does, By keeping a margin for online games via the bufferbloat!.

Zippy reacted to Netduma Luke in NEW FEATURE ANNOUNCEMENT: APPLICATION QOS
In 2014 we built QoS to reduce lag caused by devices around the home. Whether someone is watching Netflix while you're gaming or a Skype call is raising your ping, we want to let your devices coexist without congestion to give you peace of mind.
With Application QoS you can bring balance to your network by telling DumaOS exactly what matters to you. Prefer gaming to social media? With Application QoS, just give anything the bandwidth it needs across all devices at the same time - from web browsing to livestreaming.

With the ability to switch back to Device Mode at any time, Application QoS will give you a level of control never before seen on home routers.
DumaOS 3.0 is the biggest update we have ever built, effectively doubling the feature set. Application QoS is just one of many features coming to your router with DumaOS 3.0, so stay tuned for our next feature announcement.

I think there is some confusion here. Netgear make the router hardware and have their own firmware that runs the router, CPU clock speed drivers etc. Netduma create the software that is DumaOS that runs on top. Netduma update their software and Netgear update theirs, and Netdumas on the XR range. Both companies have to make sure that the firmware is stable when working together on the routers. I have No idea why you think Netgear hold up Netduma's firmware, after all they as stated by Fraser are the ones that create DumaOS fixes and pass them to Netgear for testing. Netgear cant update DumaOS, its not their software, but have to make sure the Netgear router side remains stable.
