Yes you can enable UPNP too, it shouldn't cause any problems. Try that and see if you have an Open NAT afterwards.
Also I'm not sure if this has been said by Fraser yet, but have you put your modem into Bridge mode? Or made sure all ports are forwarded to your router?  Follow this guide please:

If you still don’t have an open NAT even though all the required ports have been forwarded, you may need to use DMZ on your ISP Modem or on your DumaOS powered router.

First check if the Modem/Router has Modem or Bridge Mode as this is preferable over DMZ mode.
To put your DumaOS powered router into the DMZ of your ISP Modem, first navigate to System Information. On the Internet Status panel, highlight the number next to ‘WAN IP Address’ and copy it. Next, head to the interface of your ISP Modem and go to the Security / Firewall Settings. You should see a box labelled ‘DMZ IP Address’. Paste the WAN IP Address into this box and make sure DMZ is enabled. You have now successfully put your router into DMZ mode.

UPnP on, NAT = Open and the Xbox still reports a double NAT? On the Xbox you can have it using a certain port, what port have you got it set to? I'm only interested in what the console network settings says at the moment not what the game says.

If you just plug your PS4 straight into your ISP router and use DMZ, on your PS4, does that fix things? Or Xbox for that matter.

You have a FTTH connection judging by the bandwidth, so do you have a public IP or internal IP? If you have a internal IP and the above doesn't work you might have to resolve the issue with your ISP since that would mean there is an issue forwarding from them.

A good way to see if you have a internal or public IP is going into MW's network menu, and look what it says at external IP. This should match the WAN IP in your ISP's router. If not it's probably a internal IP. Another way is just google my IP, this should match your ISP router's WAN IP, or else you have a internal IP.

Is the Xbox the one you port forwarded to 3074? If not you'll need to do that. If that doesn't work I don't think it will be possible for you to have an Open NAT on more than one console at a time unfortunately.

Right that's slightly different then, it can be hard to get an Open NAT on multiple consoles. Have you done any port forwarding or DMZ at the moment? If so remove that and use UPnP and set NAT to open from secure. If that doesn't work then you'll need to try port forwarding, 3074 for one console and 3075 for the other.

When you say it's moderate in the console network settings do you mean it says NAT Type 2? If so that is an open NAT and just means it is connected behind a router.

Did you disable those options on the ISP modem/router?

That looks fine, the only thing I could think of that might possibly affect it is the static Internet Settings you've made but unlikely, could you try switching it to dynamic and see if anything changes? Is there definitely nothing else in your setup? Is there anything ahead of the hub such as an ONT?

I have to port forward UDP 3074 on my XR500 to have open NAT in CoD, even though I have uPNP on.

So on your ISP router, either put the XR500 in DMZ or just forward all ports.
On XR500, port forward UDP 3074.

If you play Modern Warfare I would not worry too much about open NAT since they changed the way the matchmaking works, and because of that it's not so relevant anymore.

Just disable UPnP on the ISP router for now, then check if you have an open NAT on the console network settings. If you don't you can try port forwarding but I think there is something on the ISP router preventing you from getting an open NAT could you provide us a screenshot of your DMZ settings on the hub and a screenshot of System Information please?

Moderate in the console network settings or on the game itself? If it's open on the console then it does usually indicate a misreading on the game though you may be able to get the reading to say open with port forwarding. I would suggest you disable UPnP on the ISP router as well.

If you can't use bridge mode or DMZ on the ISP router then port forward on the ISP hub ports 1-65535 TCP/UDP to the XR500 and that should get you an open NAT.

We introduced Strict Mode due to Destinys' matchmaking so I would only suggest disabling it if you play Destiny.
Use Strict Mode on. That's normal, the game includes things like processing delay in their calculation of ping. Every game has it but not all choose to show it and there is nothing you can do to change this. The router shows the ping direct to the server which is what you can control so that is the ping you should focus on.

Hi AzeRu - let's sort out some settings for you. First off, with those speeds you shouldn't encounter congestion often if at all, so I'd recommend setting Anti-Bufferbloat to 100/100 to maximise throughput.
Each of those games will use somewhat different Geo-Filter settings. CoD MW is the easiest in this case; whenever you play MW, have a Geo-Filter radius of around 1000 - 1500km around your home. I'd set Ping Assist to 30ms as well, though if you live in the middle of nowhere or in a badly supported country, you should use 60ms Ping Assist.
In Fifa, Apex and Fortnite it's less simple. If you play Seasons in Fifa, it's standard matchmaking, so your CoD MW settings will work fine. If you play FUT though, you should look for the closest EA servers while you're playing and set your Geo-Filter radius around that area with Strict Mode on. Same goes for Apex and Fortnite - your objective in those games is to stop the game from connecting you to servers that are really far away, but there's way less to choose from compared to CoD. (Since they're using Dedicated Servers only, rather than P2P).
I hope this makes sense, give it a shot!

I've reported this to our team as this seems to be affecting a few people today, please follow these instructions provided as a workaround while we investigate:

    1. Go to http://routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm
    2. Administration -> Firmware Update
    3. Download one of these firmware versions (latest two versions before .56*) https://kb.netgear.com/000060464/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-40 or http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/XR500/XR500-V2.3.2.32.zip
    4. Unpack the .zip file
    5. Browse to Image file
    6. Upload
    7. Go back to Administration -> Firmware Update and disable Auto Upgrade until we can say this has been resolved.
These versions lack some security updates from the .56 firmware but this is unlikely to affect you.

Perhaps try adding it to your allow list and then setting your location in the ocean with strict on and PA at 0. That might allow you to force the server. It could take awhile though but if you do get it then it shows it is available as a game server, if not then it may be a backup server in times of heavy load for example and so not always available.

It looks like it has been caught by ping assist for some reason, did you turn off ping assist just before searching for a game? Turn off the PC or close down steam completely, remove the device from the Geo-Filter, flush the cloud, re-add the device and then turn on the PC/game and see if it works properly then.

Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter showing when you get connected outside your radius please? Then we can better advise.

Well i've always prefered to use 2.4GHz over 5GHz since it has much better reach. Turning off SIP ALG in your router settings often prevents problems with VOIP and such.
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Advanced Wireless and turn on all of the features there.
