We're doing a cloud update today which will improve compatibility with Modern Warfare.
If the Geo-Filter is less effective than it used to be it would only be because of CoD's increased reliance on skill based matchmaking and lag compensation. As @abc123 says, the Geo-Filter isn't a silver bullet, and in fact no such thing exists unless you want to move your house closer to the servers.
My advice would be to try and get the best QoS settings that you can, because it could be that your input problems are more of a local issue than a remote issue. If you download PingPlotter and send us a screenshot of your results, we might be able to track down where the problem is occuring.
Your suggestion to "put out something that actually helps us" is being acted upon. We're expanding the toolset of the router to make it a more robust and well rounded network management tool.

We get you are frustrated, but being aggressive and rude isn’t the way to go about it. we are all happy to help you with your issues but if you aren’t going to engage with support offered then it’s difficult to help.
im going to lock this now but if you actually would like some help please create another thread.

CPU will max out when you use bandwidth speeds >150mbps and QoS is enabled. Here is a guide on how to avoid this: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076586-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-maxmimum-bandwidth-speeds
Best settings for Fortnite are to put the Geo-Filter in Spectating Mode and back out of the lobby when you get a server you don't like. It's easier doing that rather than having filtering mode and waiting for the game to back you out itself (that's obviously how the game is designed, rather than a Netduma feature).
Finally, you have received a major firmware upgrade to a four year old router for free. And there will be many more development milestones coming this year with more features for R1 users. I don't know many/any tech companies that keep developing new features for products that are over four years old - but we do and we do it gladly.

Both members (titofuenla and Kudarat) need to let it be and ignore/block one another if they are unable to communicate in a respectful manner.  I am not playing favorites this isn't the topic to yell at one another.  Thanks for understanding and please be patient with your fellow man.

If you are using GeoFiltering you shouldn't be having too many high ping issues, no matter dedicated or p2p.  Although with p2p it is possible to be closer to the host and still have a high ping

abc123 reacted to Nighthawk Pro Gaming in XR500 Throughput
    Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me out there.  I'm looking to replace my NetDuma R1 with the netgear XR500 with dumaOS.  I'm looking for a technical specificaiton that is missing from every data sheet i can find.  What is the total throughput of this device?  NOT the wireless connection speed, NOT the ethernet port speed.  What is the total capacity throughput the backplane of this device is able to process in aggregate?  To make a crude example, suppose i have a 4Gbps internet connection and 4 hardwired PCs at 1Gbps a piece...What will be the maximum throughput of the device if i have all PCs max out their 1Gbps ports?  The throughput of this device is definitely less than 4Gbps, i'm guessing it's around 2Gbps.  I'm just trying to get a definitve number.  Chat support just kept regurgitating connection port speeds back to me.

I am personally sorry that you feel betrayed and are hurt from the actions of Netduma.  Let me ask you a very real question, do you know how NDAs work?  Because you act like they came out all look at the new Netgear router when that was just part of the netgear terms to buy their os...You are their customer, they do love you...don't feel hurt because they had some success, celebrate it with them and look forward to the future...

my guess is no, since they don't make money on their software they make money on people buying their hardware.  They count on gamers to always want the best of the best and that's how they make money.

I'm hoping that you're joking, but just in case...
I was stating that his comment concerning his need for reference to understand sharing, taken at face value and without context, was easily turned into a joke.
"Low-hanging fruit" is an idiom for "something that can be achieved very easily" and then I added in the pun about my grandpa's low-hanging fruit as a joke. I put it in pink so that it was easily recognized as a joke and not in the least bit serious. I have never seen my grandpa's low-hanging fruit, in the funeral home or otherwise, and for this I am very sorry.

Thanks for the kind words! As you can imagine we have a lot on our plate right now so we're just focusing on the software for the moment but it isn't out of the realms of possibility for the sometime in the future.
