Rocket Jump Ninja also has a stream on twitch.  Usually in the afternoon in the UK because of the Aussie time difference.  But definitely worth a view.

I have the exact opposite results to what you have experienced. I tried a Nighthawk for the best part of a week playing at different times of day different game modes etc and the game play, hit detection etc was way better on the R1. On my connection (BT FTTC, 30 dl and 6 ul) the R1 wins hands down over The Nighthawk and TP link modems both of which have  QOS settings.
I guess the geo filter settings I use probably help a lot as well by only connecting me to servers that I want to play on.
30-40 kills a game is some good results, well done. Do you have a YT channel I could do with watching some of them games for some tips.

Yup but only in 5 different regions around the globe if i remember from the alpha beta that might have changed though..mind boggling considering quake champions is in early beta build and has 6-7 servers to choose from in europe and more in coming.

Look I'm just going to give a quick response, I may not cover every point that has been made so far.

We should not have announced it so early or given a timeline for release - we've done that before and it didn't work then either.

We are a very small team and not all of that small team are developers. To create an entire operating system in this amount of time is quite an achievement.

I would love to hear the companies that you think are doing the same thing but better than us - I don't believe any company is doing exactly what we are with DumaOS but happy to be proved wrong.

Coming back to the small team, if we released it to everyone when we weren't at least 95% sure there was nothing major we would be inundated. The amount of time spent just trying to separate the user errors from the actual errors would be insane. Plus the inevitable this is too buggy comments why didn't you wait etc..

There is no win win here at the moment. Please be patient until I can get Luke/Iain to provide more information.

Also assuming it's not going to be out until next year when it's only half way through the existing one is a big assumption

UNITED FAN TAKES A DIG AT EVERTON ON TWITTEROne United supporter on Twitter rubbed salt into Everton fans’ wounds with this tweet after Lukaku and Rooney swapped clubs.
“13 years ago we took their best player, now we've slung him back and took their current best player,” @CantonaManc tweeted. “Everton are our bitch.”
Twitter Ads info and privacy     Bit unnecessary.
EVERTON FAN OWNS HIM WITH THIS REPLYHowever, one Everton fan produced a quite brilliant response, playing the David Moyes card and winning the Twitter exchange in style.
“We sent you David Moyes and destroyed a 25 year dynasty in 6 months,” @keef1985_ replied. “Your move, chuckles.”
Twitter Ads info and privacy     Burn.
Since it was posted on Sunday, the tweet has been retweeted over 26,000 times and ‘liked’ over 42,000 times.

Being an ex Openreach engineer this is one of the biggest problems with new builds, the amount of times i would connect a new house up and there was noise on the line when using the internal cabling the builders have put in which is sub par. It was more a problem for the customer because we can replace cabling but there is a standard charge for doing anything after the Demarcation line (master socket) (£130) and it has to be agreed by your ISP before work could start, Openreach charge your ISP and depending on how good the ISP was depended if they passed on the charge to the customer, most Isp's will pass it on to the customer.

So if you are capable of running a cable yourself and connecting 3 wires it would be a lot cheaper, i used to give the customer the cable to do it themselves, most engineers are happy to provide cable if it saves them a extra job, infact i know of a few builders of new homes on my patch that get cable provided by Openreach because the builder asks for it, the cost of providing the cable is cheaper than having engineers replacing bad cable later down the line..

If you ever have a problem on your line this is why your ISP will ask you to take the lower face plate off your master socket and plug your equipment into the test port (see image below). If the problem is gone then you are told there will be a charge for a callout and replacement of cables or whatever it is the engineer finds is at fault, if the problem still persists when plugged into the test port then it's a network problem and down to Openreach to fix with no charge..

Note: This is a Master Socket

Taking the 2 screws out and pulling the plate away from the rest shows the test port

this is what is meant by the Demarcation line, the point where the Openreach network ends and your home network starts.

Note 2: If you do not have a master socket like above and you have a fault then the Openreach engineer will fit one and fix any fault no charge because no Demarcation line was present.

Hi guys so I'm sure a lot of you have seen me around here as I've been an owner of the duma since November 2014 and I've allways praised the netduma because it really works nice when you have a nice line into your home providing you broadband and this is where I've had trouble

I bought a new house back in 2013 it was built in 2012 and I was the first person to live in it.Eeverything from the cabinet to my home was brand new even my internal wiring that builder fitted was brand new but this is where my problem was
My connection/hit reg fluidity etc in game was very very inconsistent,I may have had one week of fantastic bullet reg then the next week was awful and so on sometimes making me suffer for months at a time before it came great again,it made no sense at all to me and I tried everything from new ethernet new dsl cable resets reboots but nothing gave me a solution until around a week ago
I bought myself a new master socket and faceplate suitable for vdsl and when looking at my wiring it seemed really hard wiring hard to bend not soft like copper so I'll explain my wiring route
Bt provide a line from the cabinet this is a cable called cw1308 it's pure copper slightly twisted pair it runs underground in a duct and pops up out the floor right by my front door it was then jelly crimped onto a wire the builder had fitted when he built the house, this cable was nothing like the cable from Openreach that fed the house it was hard solid wiring not very easy to manouver or bend,i put a magnetic screw driver to this cable and it stuck with a solid magnetic connection not a good sign I know full well copper isn't magnetic so after researching the net for an explanation I found it to be something CCA copper clad aluminium something totally unacceptable and not good enough for the job it was trying to do it's very prone to interference and it run very close to power cables and coax that feeds my sky box
I immediately ripped it out and had bought myself 20 mtr of cw1308 to replace it,as a test i cut off about 6inch of the CCA and put a lighter to it and it melted flopped over like paper would lol and ever since this new cable got fitted my line stats my snr and line attenuation completely changed and I can say gaming has never ever I'm my time of gaming felt so rock solid and the enemies are dropping like flies,if you have had any experience that sounds like mine I urge you to check out the wiring within your property because I assumed by having a newly built home everything should be great but boy was I wrong
I hope this helps people out and others discover shoddy jobs left by builders and get theirs replaced with nice new copper it's a 2 minute job just get it checked out guys

We'll if you tried everything from tv-monitor lag to dsl report bluffer stuff you'r gonna have to just find the best set up you have and slog it out.

Don't waste precious time meddling if the above looks good i ended up a couple hundred quid out of pocket during the mw3 day's.

Duma is the best for gaming right now like the first line just slog it nothing is gonna fix the rest falls down to developer codes.
