no problem i have literally been through every way possible to try getting it set up properly but in the end it was all about waiting the allotted times for the devices to fully initialize... i was too quick in trying to plug everything in and get it set up.. ~falcepalm lol

    R2 randomly stopped working

Fraser thank you for your quick reply. The problem was that I had to change the R2 Mac address to the Mac address of the router that the ISP supplied to me. Hopefully this thread helps someone in the future.

    Warzone

Don't use 80 and 53, 80 is normal traffic and not something you want to necessarily prioritize, that could be adversely affect you. Do 1-65535 for source and 3074 for destination, tcp/udp or vice versa and see how that is.

    Ping Test (Under Load)

We are still improving the results on the Connection Benchmark page, for the moment I'd take them with a pinch of salt and follow this guide instead while saturating the connection and try different percentages to see what brings the results down best. http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping

I bought an XR1000 and the GeoFilter is working fine. I think an OS update should fix the XR300's concern. Thanks for your help

Hello so after 2 days of trying to get this to work i have found a solution which i would like to share with others.... First factory reset your Superhub 4.0.. Put superhub 4 into modem mode Now remove all Ethernet cables from the superhub 4 and leave it alone for at least 5mins to fully initialize modem mode then turn the superhub power off. Setting up the netduma r2 Connecting the Superhub 4 and the NetdumaR2 I hope this saves many new Netduma and virgin media users to get connected and setup quicker... ENJOY..

I know it’s lower on VPN then without, but my WiFi was on vpn too and was much and much times better than the LAN connection. Thanks, will try tomorrow and update its speed.

    traffic prioritization

You can leave it as normal yes. As above, you might also notice an improvement with 'Apply to WAN' enabled, but it's dependant on your ISP and how they handle those packets.

Good advice from everyone, also as it's the router support forum we can't provide any official support if you don't have one of our routers
