I had a job reading that but rebooting is not required and it’s not good practise to do so as routers don’t like constant on/off. @DMC_81 try to keep the posts short as you will get more responses. Don’t take this the wrong way but your long posts don’t normally get read and it’s really hard to follow for other members.

    Internet cuts out periodically

Hi forum, To keep update this post, the last status is that R2 remains stable with the QoS disabled: This weekend I'm going to enable the QoS feature in order to re-confirm if is the QoS the problem, keep you posted.

I bought a power link adapter today and that’s how I solved this issue! It’s not too troublesome and there’s no need for an ethernet cable too, just a small one going to the router directly to the power line, thanks for the help !

    x500 hybrid vpn slow speed

Processing VPN tunnels takes quite a bit of CPU power. So it stands to reason that a client on a PC is much faster than this compared to a regular router.

Thanks @Newfie! Welcome to the forum @pkayyy! You could also try going to routerlogin.net in your browser and see if this changes matters, as Newfie said it could just be a little gremlin giving you grief! Let us know how you get on.

    Portforward and UPNP

Yes the port forwarding will definitely be active, the table is just showing what ports are active at the time, disabling UPnP won't determine if port forwarding works or not
