i have version 1.03.3 i have had a 1 to 1 with fraser and he has made my R1 accessible could you please make it so i can upgrade please????

received a email saying i was good to go for the update but as a few people are on this thread i just want to double check it was aimed at me??????

0k so i have opened the ports requested on my bt home hub ( 1024 - 60000 ) i have also ticked the allow remote access to netduma tech support is there anything else i need to do to help with you updating my R1?????
